Nagano Glamping Base EnCamp

Our first glamping experience! The three of us in our family stayed here, and it was a very satisfying 2-day, 1-night trip. The meals were filling, and the bath was quite spacious—almost like an Onsen. There were also plenty of books, and even though it was camping, we ended up reading more than expected. The tent was extremely comfortable with air conditioning and an electric carpet. The staff member who explained everything to us was very kind and left a great impression. We’d love to come again.

We had a wonderful time! It’s a Facility our whole family would love to visit again. They also shared sightseeing recommendations by email in advance, so we enjoyed ourselves both before and after glamping. The restrooms were available inside what used to be a Ryokan, so even in winter we could use warm indoor toilets with peace of mind. The bath area was stocked with shampoo, a hair dryer, and more, so I think women can enjoy glamping comfortably as well. There were light snacks for sale and many thoughtful touches throughout, which was really helpful. The staff checked in on us and supported us, so even beginners could enjoy the charcoal BBQ! We stayed in a Room with indoor play equipment, and we’re glad it became a great memory for our child too. The area was well lit at night as well, so we felt safe enjoying our stay even with kids.
