Ryokan Hatsune-so

This is our third stay!This Accommodation is always something our kids look forward to.There are lots of fun events for children, so they play nonstop from check-in! This time, our older child got injured and we had to go to the emergency hospital, but the staff quickly prepared something to cool the injury, adjusted meal times for us, and many staff members checked in with kind words. Thank you so much for your thoughtful support. We will definitely be back!

The Facility is not the newest, and there is no large changing area. However, what more than made up for it was the exceptional service and hospitality we experienced here. The staff’s hospitality was warm and comforting not only from the moment we stepped out of the car until we reached our Room, but also during meals and even when passing each other in the hallways. We were also impressed by the thoughtful messages and reminders for small children posted throughout—along the corridors, in our Room, in the changing area, and even in the restrooms—which showed just how far their kindness extends and how educationally mindful this place is. It goes without saying that what our child experienced here will become precious memories; more than that, we felt it would surely lead to some kind of growth as well. As parents, we learned a great deal too, and we are truly grateful. Thank you very much.I believe we were able to fully enjoy everyone’s consideration because all staff members worked together—cheerfully and with genuine smiles—welcoming both the children and us parents with true hospitality. We were able to spend a wonderfully fulfilling time here with a warmth that felt like visiting relatives—no, like being with family. And lastly: after bathing in the Onsen, my skin felt so smooth I was amazed! Even so, it says a lot that what I remember most now that we are home is the kindness and warmth of everyone working at Hatsune-so. If we have the chance to stop by again, I won’t ask for anything more—I’ll simply hope to receive the same wonderful hospitality as this time.
