Osaka North Port Marina HULL

This is our second consecutive year staying here for a family trip with our dog.Both the Room and the large public bath are clean, and the Hotel staff are friendly—it's a Hotel we love where everyone can relax comfortably.We would definitely like to stay again next year!

I booked this Hotel because staying in a camper seemed interesting. I checked in around 7 PM and received an explanation about the Room and Facility. After entering the camper and unpacking, I noticed that the strong winds, possibly due to being by the seaside or just that day, caused the vehicle to sway significantly. Feeling motion sickness, possibly from post-concert fatigue as well, I contacted the front desk to see if it was possible to Change the Reservation for another Room. They kindly prepared a non-camper Room for me. When leaving the camper, there was some trouble opening the door from inside. I believe I entered my new Room around 8 PM. Despite causing trouble at such a late hour, the staff remained kind and helpful with smiles on their faces without showing any signs of fatigue. The regular Room was simple yet clean and allowed me to sleep comfortably. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
