Super Hotel Kobe

Stayed with my sister and husband, and the separate type room provided a comfortable distance for everyone. The front desk staff offered excellent and pleasant service. We were amazed by the variety of services, including pillow options, unlimited alcohol and soft drinks, sheet masks, Onsen bath salts, and even complimentary breakfast. The breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious. This is a Hotel we would love to stay at again!

It is a place I don't often visit, but I was comforted by the smiles of all the staff and their courteous guidance (even in response to inquiries). I'm not sure if there was a large bath, but I received information and tickets for a nearby Onsen, which added an interesting aspect to my trip. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but it had two separate bedrooms (a type I've never seen elsewhere), allowing for a comfortable stay. The welcome drinks were plentiful, and there is also an alcohol service at night. There is a convenience store on the first floor as well, making it very convenient. Breakfast is buffet-style and free of charge with nothing to complain about; however, I felt that having some local specialties would have been nice. Amenities (pillows) are also well-stocked! Thank you for this price in today's world.I am truly grateful to all the staff members who took care of us. Thank you very much.
