Hotel Trend Nagano

The Room felt a bit old, but it was sufficient for just sleeping during a touring trip. Above all, I met three front desk staff members, and their service was excellent. When I called in advance to inform them that we would be arriving with two motorcycles, they reserved a covered parking space for us. Upon arrival, even before getting off the bikes, they came out to the parking lot and promptly guided us to our parking spots. I forgot something at the property, but they called me immediately and sent it to my home the day after I returned. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagano.

I have been staying here since last year when visiting my father's grave in Suzaka City twice a year, in April and October. This is my third stay, and I am grateful for the clean room and the kind staff. This has become my regular accommodation. I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee service next to the front desk this time. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
