Auberge Dogo

The Room was spacious, and I was able to relax in the bath. Meals were available at the restaurant, and aside from the hair dryers in the large public bath being a bit difficult to use, I was very satisfied!It’s also close to the Onsen town, and the Hotel’s exterior is cute and stylish. Parking was available as well, and it was much better than I expected!

A stylish Hotel with convenient access to Dogo Onsen Honkan. I made a Reservation because I was drawn to the breakfast supervised by a top-class chef. The breakfast was very delicious and even came with sea bream sashimi. The price is also lower than other Ryokan in the same area. The changing area in the bath is small. It was fine because I happened to be alone during a quiet time, but if several people were there, it would have felt extremely cramped. It was great that free coffee and mandarin orange juice were available in the lobby, but I wish it were allowed to take them up to the Room in paper cups or similar containers. The staff’s service at this Accommodation was excellent.
