Hotel Kinsuien [A Lodge Near Saiki Station with Renowned Breakfast]

A new, beautiful, and very clean Hotel. The front desk and staff are efficient and pleasant.There is no bathtub in the Room—only a shower. This is a popular style these days, and personally I support it. As Japanese travelers are getting older, there are many cases of people falling asleep in the tub, so I often hear from Hotel staff that showers are best for preventing accidents. Also, I’ve heard that some international visitors may overflow the bathtub as well. That said, I would like to see a large public bath added as an alternative. In Beppu City, with so many public baths around town, it’s not essential—but in Miyazaki City it’s an area where you have to go as far as Seagaia or Shintomi Town to enjoy a natural Onsen.The free onigiri breakfast set is also very delicious, and I will definitely become a repeat guest—but I really hope for a large public bath.

Close to Saiki Station and the limousine bus stop to the airport. While not brand-new, the hotel is well-maintained and comfortable. The Japanese-style breakfast was delicious, and there is a small garden next to the dining area, reportedly with turtles. The dinner menu also looked very appealing, so I would like to try dining at the Hotel next time I visit Saiki.
