Following on from last year, we stayed again this year. It was our first time visiting in late March while there was still snow around, and it was wonderful. On both days of our stay, we were lucky with the weather—it was warm enough to play on the beach right in front of the Hotel in short sleeves.The beach out front is still almost like a private beach. Our child had the best spring break: flying a kite, playing catch, and setting off fireworks we bought at a nearby Don Quijote at night. There’s also a public pool nearby with water slides, so using this great Hotel as our base, we were able to fully enjoy Kashiwazaki City.We’ve visited dozens of times already, and I think that says it all as the biggest Review. Honestly, I don’t really want to compare it with other places, but no matter how you look at it: compared with the Shonan/Hayama coast there are fewer people here, the sea is cleaner, there are more leisure options for kids, you can stay at a very nice Hotel that still has that Showa-era bubble feel at an affordable price, the views from the Hotel are amazing, and the staff are outstanding. It’s an Accommodation that provides an incredible time—there’s truly nothing to criticize.I haven’t stayed during winter yet so I can’t comment on that season, but I absolutely recommend staying from spring break onward! With snowy Mt. Yoneyama as a backdrop and beach weather that feels like early summer—again, I felt this might be the best time of year.That said, looking ahead there are many events you can enjoy throughout the year with this Hotel Area One as your base: Takada Castle cherry blossoms in spring; fresh greenery in early summer; summer fireworks festivals; and swimming and beach fun during summer vacation. I think it’s an Accommodation families can enjoy year-round.It’s great not only for families but also for couples of any age group and solo travelers—an affordable place to visit when you’re tired from city work and want to recharge.Just one suggestion: disposable razors could be handed out at the front desk only as needed—it would be more eco-friendly. (This time there were two adults and one child in our Room but three razors were provided; it felt wasteful.)In any case, this is an unbeatable value-for-money Hotel that I truly hope everyone will use! As I say every time: because there may be fewer guests staying on some days than usual، breakfast buffet variety can be limited—but the view from the breakfast venue is fantastic. With 74 seats available yet often feeling almost private-use only، it really is a hidden-gem kind of Accommodation.This year، I’d like to visit four more times.

I was surprised at how spacious the room was. The bath temperature was just right for me, and I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was buffet-style, and of course I left feeling full. The morning curry was delicious. Since we arrived late, it was a shame we couldn’t see the recommended sunset. I’d like to come back and try again with a more relaxed Plan. When we arrived, we had trouble finding the parking lot and entrance, but the front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you very much for everything this time.
