Hotel Econo Higashi Kanazawa

This was my second stay.As before, the front desk staff were polite and kind, and I had a very pleasant stay.The Room facilities are a bit old, but everything is well cleaned and there were no issues at all.Breakfast is included, and it was great to be able to enjoy Kanazawa’s famous Champion Curry. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were delicious; I put them on rice and poured Champion Curry over it, and it was excellent.It’s an affordable Hotel that I’m very satisfied with.

I chose this Hotel because I needed to travel by car and the free parking was a deciding factor. I stayed for a 3-night Multiple Night Stay. The unit bath/toilet in the Room was a standard size for a Business Hotel, but it felt cramped. The Room itself was very ordinary, but it was sufficient for sleeping. When I checked in before 11:00 PM, staff greeted me as soon as I entered the parking area and guided my car so I could park smoothly. On the second night, parking was also fine, but on the third night (Saturday), even before 6:00 PM the lot next to the Hotel was full, so I was directed to a second parking lot a short distance away. Breakfast didn’t change much day to day, but since it’s free, I can’t complain. It was tasty. The coffee service was also nice. I was told that if the rate exceeds JPY 5,000 per night, an Accommodation Tax of JPY 200 is required, so I paid by credit card at check-in. This time I stayed solo and found it reasonably priced and good overall.
