Nishi-Izu Matsuzaki Itoen Hotel

I often travel with a group of 4–5 friends, and whenever there is an Itoen Hotel Group property in the area, we choose to stay there. This Hotel was also very satisfying. For this price, the level of service is unbeatable. The only disappointment was that there was no open-air bath. I think this was the best among the Itoen Group Hotels. I would definitely stay again if I have the chance.

The room offers a great location with a direct view of the sea. The Onsen is slightly small (one of the two large baths is smaller, while the other is relatively larger), and there are no open-air baths or saunas. However, there are three types of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap available, and amenities can be collected at the front desk, making it convenient even if you come empty-handed. For dinner, I chose the buffet with all-you-can-eat crab and was quite satisfied. However, during breakfast time, it seemed that food service couldn't keep up due to a lack of staff. At night, there's not much around outside the Hotel due to its location. Extending dinner or Onsen hours would make it even better for guests looking for evening activities.
