    The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the property is barrier-free.

    The bathroom has a bathtub, with a separate washing area. There is also a large public bath, tastefully designed, and the changing room is warm as well. The walls are thick, so there is no noise. I have stayed here several times, and if there is availability, this Hotel is my first choice.

    Close to Nakajima Koen Station.

    Stayed on a snowy day. The staff kindly provided towels at check-in, which was very helpful. The staff's hospitality was excellent. The room was clean with a separate bath and toilet. It took some time to fill the bathtub, so it would be better if the water flow could be increased slightly.

    I stayed for three nights and was very satisfied. The public bath was clean and comfortable to use. The only disappointment was the lack of a shower cap among the amenities.

    A new Hotel near Nakajima Park

    Standard Double Room for single use in a two-year-old Hotel. The Room is relatively spacious, the bathroom is clean, and the public bath is well-maintained and user-friendly. Check-in and check-out procedures are handled by machines but are smooth, with staff providing polite assistance when needed.

    Close to the station and the destination facility, the room was spacious, clean, and allowed smoking. I had a wonderful time. It was a pity I couldn't visit the large public bath. I would love to stay again.

    The Spirit of Hospitality

    This time, we reserved a family room for four. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. Perhaps because it was for four people, the table was large, and the big TV was also appreciated. We bought many items from the convenience store in front of the hotel (great selection! Highly recommended!) and enjoyed them on the table. The spirit of hospitality could be felt right upon arrival during our interaction while parking. Unfortunately, the hotel's parking lot was full, so we had to park at a nearby lot; however, my family was deeply impressed by how kind the staff were. Although tired from driving, it really lifted our spirits. When visiting Sapporo again, we would love to stay at this hotel once more. Thank you very much!

    This is a new Hotel.

    The interior felt more like a "newly built house by Daiwa House" rather than a Hotel. Convenient location, and considering the price for business use, it was satisfactory. Tolerate the loud voices of inbound tourists.

    It had been a while since my last reservation, but just like before, the room and the large public bath were well-maintained and clean, allowing me to have a comfortable stay.

    The front desk staff provided kind and pleasant service. The Room was spacious, clean, and easy to use. This is my first stay in a while, but Daiwa Roynet always offers a reliable and comfortable experience.

    Very good Hotel.

    The room was very spacious and had a relaxing layout, which was excellent. The bath and toilet were separate, allowing me to unwind in the bathtub as if I were at home. It is just a few minutes from Nakajima Park Station and within walking distance of the Susukino area. There is a Seicomart convenience store right in front of the hotel, making it a very convenient location. This was my second stay, and I would definitely like to use this hotel again on my next visit. Thank you for your hospitality!

    This place is great.

    Although located slightly away from the bustling Susukino area, it is quiet and pleasant. The facility was clean and comfortable, but above all, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was very large and satisfying. There seems to be a public bath as well, but I used the Onsen powder provided in the room. The breakfast exceeded expectations in both variety and quality for its price. However, the miso ramen was not well-prepared. Staff were very kind in arranging deliveries and other services. Among hotels in Sapporo, this one is highly recommended.

    Stability.

    Clean and reliable. As expected from the trusted Daiwa Roynet, this Hotel did not disappoint. Amenities were available in the lobby for self-service. There was a wide variety of tea, and even bath additives were provided for an enjoyable experience.

    Both the guest room and the large public bath were kept clean, allowing for a comfortable stay. The room we were guided to on the day was slightly larger than the room at the time of Reservation, and we appreciated the consideration.

    Wonderful Hotel

    Everything in the Facility was clean, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. The service that allows you to see the congestion of the bath and meals from the Room was also excellent. I was surprised by the 3-in-1 charger, the large mirror on the desk, the rental service for Refa hair irons, and the ice service after the bath. I will use it again. Thank you very much.

    Guest Room & Amenities → The room was thoroughly cleaned, allowing for a comfortable stay. The amenities were available in a self-service style from the lobby, but some items were not replenished. Customer Service → The explanations provided during check-in were very thorough. Onsen & Bath → The bath in the guest room was spacious enough to relax, and it was nice that there was also a large public bath available. Facilities & Equipment → I was concerned that the breakfast venue on the first floor was in full view of passersby in front of the hotel. I used a twin room, but it was a bit inconvenient that the light switch was only on one side of the bed. Dining → The breakfast buffet was good, featuring local dishes including soup curry. Satisfaction → The hotel is not too far from the center of Sapporo and is in a relatively quiet and calm location, so I would like to use it again.

    I stayed here again ...

    I stayed here again because my previous stay was very comfortable (^^) The bath and toilet were separate, there was a washing area, and there was also a large public bath, so I was able to relax in the bath. There are only four washing machines in total, so it was crowded depending on the timing. I was happy that the staff warmly welcomed me even though they were busy. I definitely want to use it again when I visit Sapporo.

    The large public bat...

    The large public bath is spacious. There is supposed to be an ice cream service after bathing, but it was always empty. Disappointing. The downtown area (Susukino) is within walking distance. It's about 10 minutes. There are also several convenience stores.

    Very satisfied!!

    I used this hotel for a business trip. I have experience using several Daiwa Roynet Hotels in other prefectures. This Daiwa hotel is also very convenient and stable. I'm glad I chose it. The front desk staff's response was excellent. I was pleased with their friendly and pleasant service with a smile. The location is about a 3 to 4-minute walk from the subway. There is also a convenience store nearby, making it extremely convenient. I was able to use the large public bath privately! It was clean, spacious, and had a sense of openness. I was able to relieve the fatigue of the trip. The room and bed were spacious and comfortable. The pajamas were made of gauze fabric and were extremely comfortable to wear; I would love to purchase them!! If I have the opportunity to visit Hokkaido again, I would definitely like to use this hotel again.

    Daiwa Roynet for Peace of Mind

    Daiwa Roynet is reliable no matter where you go. I was fully satisfied with the content that matched the price. Since it's a new building, I think it's naturally clean, but I feel it's wonderful that they can maintain it well through daily cleaning and maintenance. I would like to use it again the next time I visit Sapporo. Recently, due to the demand from inbound tourism, accommodation costs have been soaring. I am concerned that if this continues, Japanese people's travel opportunities may decrease. I sincerely hope that the current rates can be maintained.

    The cleanliness was excellent, and I had a pleasant stay.

    I have stayed at this chain in other regions and it was very clean, so I stayed in Sapporo as well. The cleaning in Sapporo was also wonderfully done. It was simple, cost-effective, well soundproofed, and quiet. I will stay again.
