    Convenient transportation, and the lobby view is fantastic.

    The hotel is located above Don Quijote (open 9:00–26:00). The breakfast croissants and pudding are delicious, and the location is very convenient for getting around. From the north-facing rooms, you can see Tsutenkaku Tower and the park, and the lobby’s floor-to-ceiling windows create a relaxing atmosphere. There are shopping malls nearby, and it’s also convenient for getting to the airport.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    This was my first time staying here. It’s close to the railway tracks, so I thought the noise might be an issue, but it was quiet and I was able to relax. There often wasn’t anyone at the front desk, but with self check-in/check-out and kind assistance when I needed help, I had no problems. The bath towels were nice, but the face towels were rough and thin, which was a bit disappointing. The restaurant service was good.

    Convenient Hotel Near the Station

    Conveniently located near the station, the Hotel is connected to a Don Quijote store downstairs, making shopping easy. The Room was compact but included a bath with a washing area, which was great. The illumination of Tenshiba seen from the Room window was very beautiful. However, I noticed that when I turned on the air conditioning in the Room, it caused sneezing and itchy eyes, so I had to turn it off. It seemed like dust was circulating; cleaning the filters would be appreciated. Additionally, with humidity at 20%, the dryness made my throat sore, so I purchased a humidifier from Don Quijote. Besides shopping options, there are also many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient.

    It is truly wonderful and much appreciated.

    The lobby offers a spacious and open atmosphere with stunning views. The Room is compact, with a clean and separate bath and toilet, which is excellent. Breakfast is truly delicious and outstanding. Of course, the customer service is also exceptional. I will definitely use it again.

    Conveniently located near the station

    I stayed in a twin room. It was compact but clean, and sufficient for an affordable and convenient stay. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and it was not inconvenient at all when using the train.

    The curtain area was small, providing insufficient blackout.

    The Facility was excellent, transportation was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. The only downsides were that the pillow was a bit firm and the curtains were too small to block out light effectively. Light came in before 5 a.m., so I decided to purchase and use an eye mask. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

    A compact and functional comfortable space

    The front lobby is bright and open. The view is amazing. I was thrilled to watch the Blue Impulse flight from the Hotel lobby. The Room was compact yet functional, with a large table and chairs, and the bath with a washing area was excellent. The bed was spacious and very comfortable to sleep on. Notably, every dish at breakfast was delicious, which impressed me greatly. Additionally, the staff's service was very polite and pleasant. Conveniently located near the station, this is a comfortable Hotel with great accessibility. I would love to stay here again!

    The view from the lobby is stunning.

    This was my first time using this accommodation in Osaka, and I found the location convenient, the staff professional, and the rooms clean. I would like to use this accommodation again in the future. The breakfast was carefully prepared with both Japanese and Western options, all of which were delicious. Among the beverages, there was a refreshing lemon water with mint alongside juices, offering a unique touch.

    As per the reviews, a hotel with wonderful breakfast and great convenience.

    I often stay near Tennoji on business trips, but this was my first time staying at this hotel. As mentioned in many reviews, the breakfast was exceptionally delicious, with carefully prepared dishes lined up. The restaurant had an open and pleasant view, which made for a very satisfying experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Tennoji Station and offers easy access to the airport limousine bus. Although there is a Don Quijote store downstairs, the noise does not affect the atmosphere inside the hotel at all, making it very comfortable to stay. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity. Thank you very much!

    Reliable JR Group Hotel

    Close to Tennoji Station, the service was polite and left a good impression. Self-lockers were available before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient. The 7th-floor front desk and lobby had glass walls, offering great views and a wonderful scenery. The Room had a user-friendly layout and just the right amount of space, making for a comfortable stay.

    The room is new and clean, and the service is good. Breakfast is on the 7th floor, with a nice view from the window, and the food is delicious and satisfying.

    As mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast was very good. The breakfast venue had a great view, and each dish was served on plates that were not too large, so there were no messy dishes that are often found in buffets at large hotels. The taste was also delicious. I used the parking lot this time, but I got lost because I didn't know it was on the opposite side of the main street. When I called the hotel, they gave me very detailed directions, which was very helpful. The explanation was easy to understand even for someone like me coming from afar. Since I needed to leave immediately after check-in, I expected a direct underground passage to the hotel, so I called again to ask for directions from the building with the affiliated parking lot to the hotel. Unfortunately, a different person from before explained in a condescending manner, as if questioning why I couldn't see it right in front of me. I was in the underground parking lot, so I couldn't see the hotel in front of me. The check-in was likely handled by the person who gave the directions, so it was good. The room was clean, and I think it's a convenient location. The station was also nearby.

    I am a repeat guest.

    This is my fourth time staying for three consecutive nights this year. I visit Tennoji several times a year, and after trying four hotels in the same price range near the station, I found this one to my liking. Not only is it close to the station, but there's also a public bath just a few minutes away in a straight line from the hotel, making the location excellent. Most of the guests are solo travelers, so the hotel is quiet even during breakfast. The breakfast suits my taste and is delicious. There aren't many dishes, but the meat soup, scrambled eggs, round bread, and roast pork are so good that I keep getting refills of these four items. I stay here mainly for the breakfast. The staff at the front desk and breakfast venue are cheerful and greet you warmly. I was a bit concerned that sometimes the housekeeping staff didn't respond when I greeted them, but the breakfast is so delicious that I'm very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    Is doing nothing the way to handle complaints? (Approved for publication by the hotel)

    I stayed for three nights. The staff at the front desk, breakfast venue, and the room attendants I met in the hallway were all very pleasant, making me think, "I'd like to stay here again." Until the morning of the second night. Although room cleaning starts at 10 a.m., they entered my room without permission and cleaned it between 9:20 and 9:50 while I was away for breakfast. I immediately called the front desk to complain about them entering the room without permission, touching my personal belongings, and looking into my open bag. They apologized for the discomfort caused and said, "We will inform the staff." After that, there was no contact from the hotel. The next morning, I went to the front desk to ask if there was any message, and they said, "We were planning to apologize again at checkout," and "This is how we handle our guests." When I checked out, they took my luggage, but only handed me a number tag without any words of apology. A few hours later, the staff who brought my luggage back read from a note, "We apologize for the discomfort caused by the cleaning issue..." When I asked what the apology was for, they switched to another staff member. I was prompted to sit on a chair in front of the front desk, but I declined due to lack of time. They whispered my name through a mask, but I couldn't hear it clearly in the busy front desk area. "I heard that the room was cleaned outside of cleaning hours, right?" Regarding entering the room without permission and touching personal belongings, they said, "Did the location of your luggage change? We instruct not to change the location of luggage." When I mentioned that items on the bed would be touched during sheet changes and that the inside of an open bag would be visible, they responded with, "Ah..." Regarding not doing anything until I asked, they said, "We didn't approach you during your stay because we thought it might cause further discomfort." This is what I think. There was no contact because they hadn't confirmed the facts with the room attendants or asked why it happened, so they couldn't discuss it. There was no apology at checkout because they expected me to return to pick up my luggage. With my next appointment and no time to talk leisurely, they aimed to handle it in the shortest time by giving a note to a staff member who didn't understand the situation, hoping I wouldn't return. The person who switched only received a report, so they could only say, "I heard that..., I heard that..." I was surprised at how different this was from the "complaint handling" I recognize as someone working in a company, but I learned that this approach leaves more than just discomfort, it leaves unresolved issues.
