The view of Mt. Fuji from the panoramic Onsen is breathtaking, but

The location is wonderful, with a perfect front-facing view of Mt. Fuji from the panoramic Onsen, and I was very satisfied with that. However, there were a few concerns. First, a female cleaner entered the men’s bath without any particular consideration. If the situation were reversed (a male cleaner entering the women’s bath), it would be a serious issue, so I was concerned by the lack of awareness and sensitivity in this regard. Also, amenities and loungewear are provided on a self-service basis where guests pick up what they need on the first floor, but there was no explanation in advance about what and how much would be prepared in the Room, which made it very confusing. In fact, even though we had a Reservation for two people, only one set of loungewear was provided in our Room. When we went to get another set, there were no suitable sizes left, which was inconvenient. Given the great location, you may not have trouble attracting guests, but it is disappointing that basic service considerations seem lacking. I hope to see improvements in the future.

Right in front of you, Mt. Fuji!!

As the name "Observation Onsen" suggests, you could see the view from the bath, but when you opened the curtains in the room, Mount Fuji filled the entire window. Although I couldn't see the peak, there was a lenticular cloud covering it, which was beautiful. Next time, I would love to stay here to see Mount Fuji covered in snow.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel

The Hotel Facility was clean, and the large public bath was also beautiful and comfortable. The buffet, including steak for dinner and French toast for breakfast, was delicious and relaxing! This time I couldn't see Mt. Fuji, so I would love to stay again on a clear day to enjoy the view of Mt. Fuji right in front of me.

    Mt. Fuji is very beautiful.

I stayed for work. Although it seemed like a casual hotel, it had a large public bath and a wide variety of breakfast options, making my stay very satisfying. The hotel also pays attention to beauty care with features like ReFa showers, and I would love to stay again.

Onsen, meals, and service are excellent.

I suddenly decided to celebrate my daughter's birthday and looked for a Hotel near Fuji-Q Highland. The food, Onsen, and service were all excellent, and I am very satisfied!! Thank you also for the birthday message card!

    A bit disappointing

Many international guests stay here, giving it an overseas atmosphere. This is my second stay because the service was excellent last time. However, this time I was disappointed as the reception staff's attitude was not as pleasant, possibly due to being busy. Additionally, a drink listed on the menu was already sold out when I entered for dinner at 6:30 PM, which was also disappointing. I hope things improve in the future.

The breathtaking view of Mount Fuji up close!

Room: As the hotel name suggests, you can truly see Mt. Fuji up close. The view, especially at dawn when it's bathed in sunlight, is majestic and breathtaking. The room was moderately spacious and comfortable. Onsen: There is a large public bath on the 7th floor where you can enjoy bathing while admiring Mt. Fuji right in front of you—it's great! The water quality leaves your skin smooth and feels pleasant. The showers are state-of-the-art with four settings ranging from regular to mist spray. However, the water was slightly lukewarm at night but just right for a morning bath. There is also an open-air bath, but it feels somewhat plain; apart from being able to see Mt. Fuji, it lacks the charm typical of traditional open-air baths. Meals: Both breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style. Seating felt a bit cramped—I wished for more space to dine leisurely—but you can enjoy your meal while gazing at Mt. Fuji. Perhaps due to the high number of international guests, there was a wide variety of dishes that were delicious overall; however, desserts were limited in selection with only packaged ice pops available as ice cream options. It's best to go early for the buffet as it gets crowded later on; otherwise, you'll face waiting times or find leftover food scattered by previous diners. Amenities & Facilities: Likely catering to many international guests, there’s a good range of sizes for loungewear provided—comfortable cotton pajamas with separate tops and bottoms—which can be worn anywhere inside except restaurants. In-room amenities include dental kits, towels, an electric kettle with cups along with tea bags (Japanese green tea and black tea), though oddly no coffee is provided. Items like makeup remover are available on the first floor where guests need to pick them up themselves. Overall: While not luxurious, it's better than a standard business hotel experience overall! Since its main appeal lies in being able to see Mt.Fuji up close—it loses much value during bad weather...but that's just luck! (laughs)

    Mt. Fuji View Trip

Thank you for your hospitality. I stayed for two nights in a Room with a view of Mt. Fuji, and on the morning of the first night, I was able to see Mt. Fuji without a single cloud. I am very satisfied. Even though it was sunny, the situation changed over time, and I saw various views of Mt. Fuji during this trip. I forgot my glasses in the Room, and you kindly searched even under the bed for me. Thank you very much.

    Stays before work

The Facility was clean and the breakfast was satisfying. As it is a casual Hotel, it does not have a luxurious feel, but it is clean. The large public bath also had an open-air bath, which was nice. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Even though it is said that you can see Mt. Fuji...

This was my second stay. I thought I had chosen a room with a view of Mt. Fuji again, but the utility poles and towers were obstructing the view... it was in full view from the neighboring houses... the western sun was too hot... so I ended up keeping the curtains closed the whole time. If I had known that the view of Mt. Fuji would be compromised, I wouldn't have made the reservation. I was willing to put up with a small room just for the view of Mt. Fuji, so it's really disappointing. Other than that, everything was good.
