    Satisfied with the spaciousness

    We stayed as a family of four for a memorial service. The Room had two twin beds and one extra bed, but it was spacious and comfortable. We all had formal wear, and the closet was large enough to hang everything with plenty of space. The toilet and bath were separate and easy to use. Amenities other than toothbrushes and combs were available to pick up in front of the front desk. One downside was that the table in the Room was a bit small, so it felt cramped when we placed drinks for four people on it. The elevator was also small due to the building’s layout. However, the location was excellent—right in front of Kyoto Station.

    A Business Hotel with an Excellent Location

    This was my first time staying here. The location is perfect, right in front of Kyoto Station, with a café, izakaya, restaurant, and shops on the first floor of the same building. The atmosphere was calm, and the staff were kind. The room was quiet and allowed for a good rest. However, perhaps it was colder than usual for Kyoto? Even setting the room temperature to 27°C didn’t warm it up much; I might have needed an extra blanket or something similar. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay and would love to use this accommodation again.

    Safety & Stability

    Conveniently located near the station, offering an excellent location. The service is very pleasant, and I had a comfortable stay once again. This is my regular accommodation when visiting Kyoto.

    The shower curtain h...

    The shower curtain had a strong, unpleasant smell, similar to mildew or dampness. Although there was no visible mold, the odor was very noticeable. There was no space to open a suitcase, which made it difficult to find a place for it.

    Close to Kyoto Station

    Very close to Kyoto Station and reasonably priced, this accommodation was very convenient. The necessary amenities were provided, the room was clean, and the staff were very kind, making it a highly satisfying stay.

    Quick and efficient service.

    Located right in front of Kyoto Station, next to Kyoto Tower! The location was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and made me feel at ease. I also loved having "Ogawa Coffee," which serves organic coffee, on the first floor and ended up visiting twice!

    It was great.

    Very close to the station, making it convenient for luggage storage. The room was good, but the small window gave a sense of confinement. Unfortunately, the TV did not support YouTube or Amazon Prime viewing on the screen. Amenities were great, but perhaps due to the coffee shop on the first floor, there was a limited supply of coffee and tea in the room, which was disappointing. I had breakfast and found it delicious; however, going back for seconds felt a bit awkward (apologies for being a big eater). The front desk staff were all kind and very helpful. A strong candidate for my go-to accommodation in Kyoto!

    Convenient location and courteous service

    I was pleased to be assisted by a foreign staff member who spoke to me politely with a smile. Of course, I understand it was according to a manual, but it felt like they were always the first to greet me, and their service was heartfelt. It was really just for sleeping, but I was able to stay very reasonably in front of the station, and the service was more courteous than the price suggested. I will use it again if I have the opportunity. I can't deduct stars when considering the amount I paid for the Room, but I felt the step between the bathroom and the Room was quite high, so I had to be careful every time. I think it's probably the result of some renovation... I appreciated the clean Facility.

    The staff's service is pleasant.

    The interior of the Room is modern and calming, but the small window opens to a gap between buildings, creating a considerable sense of confinement. The step to the bath and toilet is very high, making it challenging even for those without mobility issues. Nevertheless, the staff's response was excellent, compensating for both the confinement and the step. Their attentiveness rivals that of a luxury Hotel, and although it was just for one night on the last day, it allowed us to conclude our trip pleasantly. Attentive service is indeed very important. I truly want to use it again. Thank you very much.

    Comfortable and easily accessible

    I used it for a solo trip, and the bed was spacious and the Room was comfortable! Also, Kyoto Station is nearby, making it easy to access anywhere.

    It was great!

    I stayed at Hokke Club for the first time. The room was spacious and clean! Although many places now have automated check-in, there were always two staff members at the front desk, and their courteous service was very much appreciated. I would like to stay again next year. Thank you very much.

    If you prioritize cost-effectiveness and affordability, there is no problem.

    I used it for sightseeing. The excellent access right in front of the station exit and the cleanliness of the Room and front desk are very good points. Also, although I felt the Room was small, considering the price range, I felt it was within an acceptable range. Overall, I had a very good impression. If I had to say, it would be that the Room did not get any sunlight. As soon as I opened the window, there was a wall of the building next door, and no sunlight came into the Room at all. Of course, I think there is also the luck of the Room you are assigned to... Personally, given the low price, I can tolerate the lack of direct sunlight, so I just wish I had been informed beforehand. However, as mentioned earlier, the overall satisfaction is high, so I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity!

    I would like the towels to be replaced with new ones.

    I didn't expect much since I chose it solely for the location, but I was dissatisfied with the towels. They were all worn and no longer pure white, and one of them was so tattered that I wondered if a cleaning towel had been mistakenly mixed in. I stopped using it halfway through wiping because it scared me. The front desk staff's service was excellent.
