    An Accommodation to Look Forward to for Its Meals

    The Accommodation was stylish, clean, and comfortable, and we were able to relax. It was also fun finding photo spots around the property to take pictures of our dog. The dog run was spacious and well maintained. It’s also close to the sea, so we enjoyed walking along the beach. Above all, the food was delicious! It’s rare to find an Accommodation where you can stay with your dog and still enjoy truly authentic cuisine. Since the menu changes with the seasons, we’d love to visit again.

    I definitely want to visit again!

    When we made the reservation, we didn’t know (our oversight) that there was a spacious indoor dog run and private bath, which made our stay far better than we imagined. The outdoor dog run was very large, and our beloved dog enjoyed running around even before check-in. It was a bit disappointing that the other dogs staying on the same day were mostly quiet and didn’t play together, but that’s understandable. The meals were excellent. Both dinner and breakfast were full of fresh vegetables, and everything was so delicious that I’d love to eat it all again. The bread was also incredibly tasty. Our dog got very excited when their meal arrived and ate it all enthusiastically. We stayed in a room with an attached dog run, which allowed our pet to play while we got ready or enjoy early morning sunshine outside—this was wonderful! Thank you for the exceptional service! We definitely want to visit again!

    Auberge for people and dogs, "&WAN".

    It was our first stay at “&WAN” with my wife and our two kids (our dogs), making it a family of four. It was absolutely amazing. We were completely satisfied with everything!! Before check-in, we let the dogs run around in the dog park, then took a walk on the beach. After returning to the accommodation, we used the grooming room for a refreshing shampoo & rinse session before checking in. The room even had its own spacious dog park where both dogs enjoyed plenty of sniffing and running around, leaving them ready for a good nap. As for us humans, before dinner, we relaxed in a private bath with perfect lighting for relaxation. The next morning, we enjoyed another private bath with an entirely different ambiance—dim and dreamy—allowing us to wake up slowly and peacefully. Although bad weather prevented us from enjoying an early morning beach walk at sunrise, this gives us something to look forward to next time. Now comes the highlight of Auberge “&WAN.” The dinner was truly incredible!! Not just French cuisine but creative French cuisine! Each dish delighted all senses—visually stunning, aromatic perfection—and every bite brought satisfaction. It’s amazing how this level of enjoyment continued from start to finish! The tableware was beautiful too, and their wine selection was both affordable and delicious! I heard that their menu changes four times a year; I’m already excited about trying their next seasonal course. For our dogs’ meals: they had steamed salmon mimosa-style and tender roast beef prepared using low-temperature cooking for easy digestion. Even their meals came served on lovely tableware! We split these two dishes between them—they looked so good that I almost wanted to try them myself! Haha! Since it happened to be our younger dog's birthday as well, they even provided cake—thank you so much! Breakfast featured local ingredients under the concept of "local production for local consumption," including fresh salads and delicious bread. Both indoor and outdoor dog parks were clean and spacious with lush grass areas; there were also plenty of photo spots as well as abundant amenities for pets! We travel somewhere every month with our dogs but staying at “&WAN” exceeded all expectations—it was simply outstanding. A heartfelt thank you goes out to all staff members who provided such warm hospitality not only towards us but also towards our furry companions!!

    Stay with Kurumi the Chihuahua

    We visited to celebrate our wedding anniversary and a birthday. We had a wonderful time with our beloved dog, Kurumi. The meals were delicious. We were worried that Kurumi might not be able to come due to her malignant tumor, but her condition was stable, and she was energetic, so we were glad she could join us. It would be nice to have chairs or sofas in front of the reception area for relaxing before check-in. A welcome drink would also be appreciated.

    Delicious meals that satisfy both people and dogs.

    This was our first stay at this accommodation. We have stayed at several dog-friendly accommodations within the prefecture. Here, dogs are allowed almost everywhere, and the compact layout made it easy to move around, which was very convenient for us as owners. (Haha) Our dog absolutely loved the sandy beach of Kujukuri and was hopping around joyfully. Even on the rainy day that followed, they insisted on going to the beach, which was a bit challenging. The amenities for dogs were well-prepared in various places and were very helpful. The bed in our room also seemed to be a favorite of our dog’s—they stretched out comfortably all night long while I ended up sleeping on the edge of the bed! The food was an absolutely satisfying French cuisine! I might have had a bit too much sparkling wine. The dishes featured soft textures and locally sourced ingredients that were beautifully utilized—the crackling garnish surprised me! Both presentation and taste were impeccable; my mother especially enjoyed the delicious beef fillet. As for our dog's meal, they had roast beef for their first time trying beef—I was initially worried but once they started eating, there was no stopping them! They completely ignored their favorite tomatoes in favor of savoring every bite of beef. Unfortunately, due to bad weather we couldn’t fully enjoy outdoor activities this time. However, since it’s close to home, we plan to visit again on a sunny day. Thank you so much to all the friendly staff members!

    The meals were delicious.

    We stayed for one night and two days. Although it rained on the first day, we were glad to enjoy the indoor dog run. There were plenty of photo spots, allowing us to take many pictures with our dogs. The meals were as excellent as their reputation suggested, and the freshly baked bread was absolutely delicious. It was a wonderful two days that passed in no time.

    Stay at &WAN

    I have stayed at various places with my beloved dog, but this was the best so far. The staff were very pleasant and kind, and they adored my 7-month-old mischievous dog. What made me happiest was the wonderful food. Everything on the menu was delicious, and my sister and I couldn't stop praising it. The room was clean, had a loft, and the view of the sea from the balcony was lovely. This time, it was autumn, so there were fewer people, and I wondered if the bustling summer in Kujukuri would feel different. I don't have a car, so I would appreciate it if there was a shuttle service from the station. I had a really enjoyable two days. Thank you for taking care of us.

    First Dog Trip in Chiba Prefecture

    I had been to Nasu and Karuizawa before, but it was my first time in Chiba. The access by car was good, and being close to the sea was great as the dogs had a blast on the beach. The room was clean, and the meals were delicious, which was very nice. The dog run had both outdoor and indoor areas, and there was a shower room, making the facilities well-equipped and satisfactory.

    It was perfect in every way.

    Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and we were able to stay with our dog without any worries. The meals were stylish courses, but there was no dress code, so we could enjoy them without any reservations. There was no convenience store nearby, so it would have been even better if more snacks were available for purchase. I guess we should have just brought some from the start...

    First trip with my beloved dog

    It was my first trip with my beloved dog, and I was very grateful for the various amenities prepared for dogs. The room was spacious, and I could see the sea from the balcony. I went for a walk to the sea at sunrise and was able to spend a very relaxing time. I would like to use it again.

    The meals were reput...

    The meals were reputed to be delicious, so I had high expectations, and they exceeded them. I could feel the thought and creativity put into them. The smoked and straw-grilled dishes had aromas that lingered in the nose, allowing us to enjoy the fragrance. Everything was delicious. The female staff members were all dog lovers and treated our dog affectionately, providing very pleasant service. The dog run in the room wasn't used much, possibly because it was hot, and since there is a large dog run available, I think I'll choose a room on the second floor with a sea view next time.
