Thank you very much for your kind hospitality the other day. We were blessed with wonderful weather, and our stay in Amakusa was truly a happy one from the bottom of our hearts. The lovely Room, the magnificent views, the skin-beautifying hot spring, the flavorful cuisine that was also a delight to the eyes, and the tableware by local artists that enhanced each dish. We were also deeply impressed by the fluffy towels and the warm, attentive care from your staff throughout our stay. It was a memorable and wonderful Accommodation that made us want to return again. Thank you again very much for everything.

It would be no exaggeration to say that this stay was the best among all the Hotels I have ever stayed at.Above all, the cuisine was truly outstanding—an experience that felt like “heaven.” The variety of dishes was impressive, and each item was carefully and deliciously prepared using fresh ingredients sourced from Amakusa. I enjoyed every moment with a sense of awe.It was also wonderful that, when serving each dish, they shared stories about the ingredients and insights about the wine. It made the experience more than just dining—I could enjoy the background as well.Everything was delicious, but what stood out most were the sushi featuring Amakusa kuruma prawns and Amakusa ishigaki sea bream, as well as the steak made with Amakusa black beef loin. Each dish brought out the best in its ingredients, and especially the steak—its rich flavor was unforgettable.For breakfast, both “Kumasan no Kagayaki” rice and Tamango egg over rice were incredibly delicious—I was genuinely impressed from first thing in the morning.The service was excellent as well. The staff’s warm and attentive hospitality left a strong impression. Everyone—including those in the kitchen—greeted us pleasantly, and thoughtful care could be felt throughout our stay.The Room was villa-style and fully independent, so we hardly encountered other guests at all. We were able to relax in a private space at our own pace.From welcome drinks to checkout, every moment felt special, making for a truly fulfilling stay.This is a wonderful Accommodation that I would love to visit again.
