    The Ultimate in Luxury for Families

    We visited several Hotels in Okinawa this time, and this was by far the most “parent-brain-friendly” stay. The biggest highlight is that the club lounge and the infinity pool are seamlessly connected on the same floor. Even in extreme heat, there’s no need to claim a spot by the water. You can enjoy champagne in the cool lounge while “watching” your children happily swimming right in front of you—this zero-distance peace of mind is hard to find elsewhere. The lounge at night was also wonderful, and my husband and I took turns enjoying it. What especially stood out was the staff’s professionalism. Their hospitality was highly polished, with none of the neglect or harsh atmosphere that can happen at large resorts. We stayed with our 3- and 5-year-olds, and from start to finish we truly felt valued as guests. This is a standout Hotel I wholeheartedly recommend to parents who want both efficiency and elegance. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, striking an excellent balance between convenience and a resort feel—perfect for anyone looking for a relaxed, “no-battle” Okinawa experience. We’re already considering making our Reservation for next year around this Hotel. The only regret is that one item of clothing went missing during our stay (likely due to a housekeeping mistake). Because everyone at the front desk and in the lounge was so consistently professional, we couldn’t help but notice a slight gap only in housekeeping operations. Even so, it was an outstanding stay overall—but I’m mentioning this deliberately in hopes of further improvement on the cleaning side.

    Meals are not included.

    I was disappointed that the meals were exactly the same on both days. Breakfast may be unavoidable, but dinner was extremely disappointing! Also, I stayed with two elementary-school grandchildren, and since it would have been a hassle to look for restaurants, we ate at the Hotel. However, on IKYU’s guest information form for this Hotel, the child age options only went up to 5 years old, so their stay was treated as adult. But when I checked the prices for the breakfast and dinner buffet on the Hotel’s website restaurant page, it stated that elementary school children are charged at almost half the adult price. As a result, I ended up paying nearly an extra JPY 20,000 for two children for food of that level. When I raised this with a Hotel staff member, they bluntly said that because it was booked through IKYU there was nothing the Hotel could do. I would like IKYU and the Hotel to work closely together to resolve this somehow.

    A wonderful, spotless Hotel with nothing to complain about!

    This was my second stay, and my first time spending three nights on the club floor. The lounge was very nice. I wanted a light breakfast, so it was just right for me. There was a good variety of drinks, and the light evening snacks were delicious (especially the shrimp marinade and sandwiches). I found myself using it often during my stay, even when I wasn’t particularly hungry. The Room was comfortable, with plenty of amenities, making it very easy to relax. The bathroom in the Room was very clean, so I didn’t even need to use the public bath—I added bath salts and enjoyed a long soak. The location is also convenient, so whenever I stay in Chubu again, I’ll definitely return!

    A Tropical Getaway for Three Generations

    We stayed as a three-generation family. The view from the Room was stunning and truly worthy of the Hotel’s name. We made full use of the Facility and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hotel.

    A relaxing Hotel with a great view

    A four-night stay on the Club Floor. Since we booked a Plan with breakfast included, we were able to have all other meals in the lounge. It was wonderful to relax while looking out at the ocean. We don’t drink alcohol, but we really enjoyed the delicious tomato juice and tropical juices. In the evening, there was a wide variety of dishes, so we could eat well and get plenty of nutrition. We heard there is sanshin live music at the restaurant on Saturday nights, so we’d love to listen next time. We will definitely return next year.

    Stay on the Club Floor for 2 nights and 3 days

    We stayed for a mother–daughter trip with my eldest daughter, who is in college, to celebrate my younger daughter’s acceptance into high school. The club lounge was clean, had plenty of drinks, and was very relaxing. The heated infinity pool exclusively for Club Floor guests was the deciding factor for this stay, and we were able to use it almost privately—my daughters were thrilled. The food in the club lounge during cocktail time was great with meat and fish options, but I think it would have been even better with some carbohydrates as well. There was a wide variety of alcohol, and it was especially wonderful that the bartender made cocktails for us. The Room also had a great view and felt very clean, and above all, the service at this Hotel was outstanding. The front desk staff told us about photo spots and even took beautiful family photos for us. We made wonderful memories. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

    Okinawa Prince Hotel

    This was my first stay, and I stayed for three nights. It’s close to the airport and has a great location with views of the yacht harbor. The Facility was well equipped, and it was comfortable to stay here. If the chairs in the club lounge were a bit more spacious, it might have felt even more relaxing. Also, I think it would have been more convenient if the sauna were inside the large public bath area. I hope to consider this hotel again for my next trip to Okinawa.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    This was my first stay. After I gave my name at the entrance, everything was quickly coordinated, and I was able to check in smoothly after parking. All of the club floor staff were kind, attentive, and provided excellent service. The lounge offered draft beer, awamori, sanpin tea, and herbal tea—lots of Okinawan options—so it was fun to choose. At 5:00 PM during dinner time, the club floor was especially crowded. The lounge also felt busy at other times as well, but there was always enough food available, which was great. The Room had a great view and was clean and comfortable. The bath area, toilet, sink, and balcony were all in very clean condition and made for a pleasant stay. This time I stayed between sightseeing outings, so next time I’d like to come back to relax at the Hotel.

    The location and everything else were excellent.

    We stayed for two nights. The pool is heated, and the bathing hours are long, so we were able to use both the pool and the large public bath even on check-out day—our child was delighted. Breakfast was available without crowds in the morning, and the food itself was very delicious. The location is excellent and the Room was comfortable, so it felt like a great value. We would definitely like to stay again.

    A Hotel with Outstanding Greetings from the Housekeeping Staff

    I stayed for three nights on a trip with my sister’s family. This was my fourth stay. What stood out most during my stay was how pleasant the housekeeping staff’s greetings were. They cheerfully spoke to us every time we passed, which made the stay very comfortable. This has been a consistently positive impression since my first visit. As for the club lounge, when I visited around year-end previously, cocktail time was quite crowded, but this time it was relatively calm and I could relax and enjoy it. Breakfast was not overly crowded either, but depending on the timing, there were moments when food replenishment did not keep up. On days when I had plans, I couldn’t wait long and kept it light. That said, being able to enjoy alcohol in the morning is a nice feature, and it’s a great plus to be able to have breakfast while relaxing in the lounge. Overall, I would recommend the breakfast. One thing that felt inconvenient was the laundry facilities. At night they were very busy, and when I checked the status on the Room TV, some machines remained unattended for a long time after finishing. In the end, I asked the front desk for help and they handled it, but it would be helpful to have a system that allows smoother turnover when machines are left unused for an extended period after completion.

    This was my first time staying here. We reserved a birthday cake, and it was placed in the refrigerator before check-in. The surprise was a huge success. The cake looked wonderful with plenty of fruit, and above all, it was delicious. We also used the club lounge, and the food at each time slot—snacks, cheese, and more—was plentiful, so we enjoyed everything without getting tired of it. Breakfast can be taken in the lounge as well, but we made a Reservation with breakfast included separately. Breakfast at Jinon on the first floor offered a great variety and was very tasty. The Hotel is about 30 minutes from Naha Airport and close to the popular American Village, making it very convenient for sightseeing. With views of Ginowan Marina’s yacht harbor right in front of you, this resort-style Hotel was truly excellent. The facilities were also well equipped—large public bath, indoor pool, hot stone spa (ganbanyoku), and sauna—and we used them all to relax and fully enjoy our stay. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Okinawa. As expected of Prince. We made our Reservation through IKYU.com and were able to use a limited-time Diamond benefit: hotel credit, an herbal tea perk, and early check-in by one hour. I’m glad we could book through IKYU. Thank you very much.

    A Comfortable Stay

    I had another comfortable stay and was able to relax. The club lounge was wonderful. However, I feel the quality of the club lounge breakfast has declined compared to before. I was especially surprised at breakfast: even though plain sausages were available, there was also a separate dish of sautéed sausage and potatoes. Since the selection is not very large, I would appreciate it if you could avoid using the same ingredients in multiple dishes. Also, having even one soup option—such as Okinawa soba—would increase satisfaction. I would love to stay again, so I wrote these points for improvement. Other than this, it is an excellent Hotel in every way. Please consider these suggestions.

    An Extremely Crowded Club Lounge

    This time as well, I stayed on a Plan that includes access to the club lounge. It is probably the Hotel I have stayed at the most times in Okinawa. Since it was before 2:00 p.m., I first went to the check-in counter on the first floor. A front desk staff member told me, “We are doing a final check of your Room preparation, so please wait here for about 15 minutes.” I was disappointed, thinking that—just like before—I would have to wait in front of the first-floor front desk rather than inside the club lounge. After waiting about five minutes while seated, the same staff member came over and said it was fine for me to wait in the club lounge. If they had told me that from the beginning, I wouldn’t have felt disappointed and wouldn’t have wasted time… so it was a somewhat uneasy check-in experience. By the way, that same staff member gave later-arriving guests the same guidance: “We are doing a final check of your Room preparation, so please wait here for about 15 minutes.” I couldn’t help but think they were giving a standard response without confirming details. My vague bad feeling became reality during cocktail time. There were. simply too many guests—it was extremely crowded. The number of people made it hard to believe this was a Hotel club lounge. The food ran out quickly and replenishment was slow—the worst pattern possible. It made me wonder if there had been overbooking. I have used this lounge several times before, but I think this level of crowding was unprecedented. The same thing happened at breakfast the next morning as well. The club lounge overflowed with people, and long lines formed at the food stations. Ingredients ran out quickly, but replenishment was extremely slow. When I finally complained to a staff member, I was told, “I’m very sorry—right now it’s just me.” Even though it is obvious they knew there were far more guests due to overbooking, having only one staff member is beyond belief. They could have responded in advance by sending support or increasing staffing from the start. I would like management to recognize again that neglecting such measures ultimately results in guests not receiving the service they should—and customers end up bearing the consequences in the worst possible way. In addition, some dishes I wanted never got replenished, which made my disappointment even greater. I truly want to stay again, so I wrote what I hope will be improved. Other than this issue, it is an excellent Hotel in every way. Please consider making improvements.

    Enjoy the Resort

    This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and I wasn’t sure about it being along the road, but the Reviews were so good that I decided to book. I was very satisfied with everything—the lounge, the view from the Room, and the hot stone spa. Even in February, the pool water was warm enough to enjoy. The bartender in the lounge also made a recommended cocktail for me, and I had a wonderful time. I hope to visit again. Thank you very much.

    A Highly Satisfying Hotel Stay

    I arrived early, but the check-in and room guidance were handled politely and smoothly. Additionally, all staff members I passed in the facility greeted me with a smile, and when I got lost on my way to the parking lot, a nearby staff member quickly approached to guide me, leaving a very positive impression. The guest room was equipped with everything necessary, allowing for a comfortable stay without any inconvenience. The purpose of this stay was to fully enjoy the club lounge, and it did not disappoint. The view from the lounge was beautiful, and both the drinks and food were of high quality—truly satisfying. However, there was one minor disappointment: some hot meals were served cold (perhaps intentionally?), which slightly detracted from an otherwise excellent experience.

    I want to make this my regular accommodation!

    Spacious and clean, with staff always smiling, making our stay very pleasant. The sweets enjoyed on the terrace of the club lounge were exceptional. We were a bit confused about where to change into swimwear before using the stone sauna as we didn’t realize there were lockers nearby; having some guidance in the hallway would have been helpful. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious no matter what we chose, with a wide variety that made every morning enjoyable. Located centrally in Okinawa, it’s convenient for trips both north and south. There’s also a large supermarket next door with plenty of souvenirs, while the ocean stretches out right in front—truly an excellent location. For future trips to Okinawa, I definitely plan to stay here again!

    I will visit again.

    I have used this place multiple times. This was my first time visiting Okinawa in winter, and the temperature was just right for wearing long sleeves. I always stay here for a relaxing vacation, and once again, I am satisfied with the fulfilling experience. However, one concern is that the water temperature in the large public bath is too low. Instead of warming up my body, it felt lukewarm, so I ended up taking another bath back in my Room. How about adjusting the temperature according to the season?

    Enjoy a wonderful time at your favorite Hotel.

    After two years, we stayed at the Prince Hotel again. We stayed together with my sister's family. As always, the room was clean and beautiful, the heated pool allowed us to swim comfortably even in winter, and with facilities like a stone sauna, regular sauna, and large public bath, it was a wonderful hotel that satisfied us in many ways. For dinner, we had made a reservation at the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious, and since it was my husband's birthday, we also reserved a cake. The timing of its presentation was perfect. Everyone was very satisfied and expressed their desire to stay again. I felt happy as well for recommending this place to them. Thank you for your hospitality! We look forward to staying here again soon!

    The stay was wonderful, but the final interaction left me feeling sad.

    The guest rooms are clean and spacious. The view of the yacht harbor right in front feels like being in Hawaii, allowing for a relaxing stay throughout. The lounge offers great views, and I was satisfied with the changing menu depending on the time of day, along with enjoyable drinks. Additionally, the Facility such as the large public bath and pool were well-equipped, making it possible to fully enjoy a hotel stay. Moreover, having supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance added convenience to an already wonderful experience. However, one disappointing aspect was the service at the first-floor counter during checkout. The IKYU special benefit (Hotel Credit) had not been applied, so I asked for confirmation by saying, "Will my shop usage be settled with credit?" Unfortunately, I received a very cold response from the female staff member assisting me. She explained in a harsh tone that "it needed to be declared at the time of use" and "this cannot be handled here." Although I simply wanted clarification on how it worked, her manner made me feel as though I was being blamed—leaving me saddened. When she later asked if I had a receipt and I presented it to her upon request, she repeatedly stated that "this cannot be handled here," leaving me confused about why she even asked for confirmation in the first place. Eventually, she suggested that “if you have your receipt you can settle this again at the shop,” but if this had been mentioned when I initially asked my question earlier on—it would have saved much confusion or distress. While our lack of understanding may have caused some inconvenience too—and we apologize sincerely—I believe adding kind explanations such as: “Since declaration wasn’t made during usage processing must occur directly via shops” OR alternatively clarifying upfront whether full payment becomes necessary without re-declaration could’ve helped avoid misunderstandings altogether! Given how excellent other aspects including Facilities/services were overall—the final chilly interaction left us feeling disheartened unfortunately despite everything else shining brightly beforehand!

    New Year's in Okinawa

    This was our first time staying at this hotel, chosen for its indoor pool and heated infinity pool, considering the rainy weather during our trip to Okinawa with three families. While the room and facility were new and comfortable, the indoor pool was quite cold, which was disappointing. Although advertised as ocean view, it only overlooked a marina, lacking an Okinawan feel. Being winter, swimming in the sea wasn’t an option, but we regretted not having a beachfront location. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. However, meals were typical of Prince Hotels—neither outstanding nor disappointing. Overall, I felt that traveling all the way to Okinawa might not have been necessary this time around. Perhaps age contributed to feeling tired as well. While reviews rate this hotel highly and it does meet certain expectations, every place has its pros and cons—maybe next time?

    We stayed at the accommodation during our year-end trip to Okinawa. Despite having a family member feeling unwell, the staff's attentiveness from the moment we arrived was exceptional, truly living up to the reputation of Prince Hotel. The facility, including the large public bath, was clean and safe even for families with small children. The restaurant staff's thoughtfulness was also outstanding. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again next time. Thank you very much!

    A wonderful hotel with all rooms featuring terraces and ocean views, offering a picturesque sight of yachts docked at Ginowan Marina. By utilizing the IKYU Diamond Member benefits, you can enjoy a 24-hour stay. This time, we chose a plan that included two meals, and both dinner and breakfast were enjoyed at the buffet restaurant. The highlight was the thickly sliced roast beef served at dinner, which was exceptionally delicious. The best part of this hotel was the large public bath—it had an ideal temperature, was more spacious than expected, and provided an incredibly relaxing experience.

    I felt relaxed.

    I look forward to refreshing in Okinawa every month, and this was my first time staying here. I had a very relaxing experience and enjoyed the pool, stone sauna, and regular sauna. I was surprised but intrigued by the snow ice in the cool-down room. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I plan to come back again when I go searching for pottery!

    Family trip for 4 adults

    We stayed for a two-night, three-day family trip. We reserved two Premium Twin Rooms. The rooms were spacious with a great view. If I had to mention one thing, the sofa base was larger than the sofa itself (stylish), but it was in the way of foot traffic, so we ended up bumping into it... We covered it with cushions to avoid hitting it (though it's just our lack of attention...). The bathroom in the room was perfect—clean and spacious, with a ReFa showerhead. The public bath was... average but very well-maintained. The breakfast buffet didn’t have an extensive selection, but there were some Okinawan dishes available. We didn’t try breakfast at the lounge, but when we visited at night, we enjoyed conversations along with alcohol, ice cream, non-alcoholic drinks, and light snacks. The service was excellent—the staff paid close attention to details and showed great care. If given another opportunity, I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    Beautiful scenery close to Naha and nearby towns

    The view from the 14th-floor room was excellent, with a balcony overlooking the yacht harbor and beach. I have already made my next Reservation. The infinity pool on the 14th floor is very warm and maintained at a temperature suitable for winter use. It also features a jacuzzi, and there is an all-inclusive café right next to it where enjoying a warm beer or sparkling drink felt amazing. The sauna and indoor pool are located on the 2nd floor, offering enjoyable experiences even for couples. The design resembles that of many overseas Hotels. Unfortunately, the ice machine in the ice room was broken, so there was no ice available, which was disappointing. Breakfast was average. The evening menu at the lounge on the 14th floor stood out as one of the best in Japan. During bar time, cocktails were prepared upon request, making for a comfortable stay overall.

    Heated pool for your comfort

    We would consider visiting again if the food offerings in the Executive Lounge were improved. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have a takeaway option for children since they are not allowed in the lounge after 5 PM. While adults can enjoy dinner with drinks in the lounge, we faced challenges arranging meals for our child.
