Urabandai Lake Resort - Goshiki no Mori

We stayed again for a ski trip, following our visit in January. There were four of us—our eldest son and his wife, our second son, and me—using two Rooms. Each time before our stay we emailed various requests about billiards, meals, and rentals, and we truly appreciate how kindly you accommodated everything. When we used the billiards area, you remembered us, which made it comfortable to use every time. We are also grateful to the cleaning staff for greeting us in the morning and providing extra towels as requested. As for the buffet, we have stayed so often that we can almost predict the routine—“Tomorrow will be this,” we joke—but the flavors are gentle and we enjoy it every time. One thing (which I don’t think is the Hotel’s fault) was that on the first day there was an odor on the sheets like something a man would put on his head, which was a bit unpleasant. Other than that, we are always able to relax and are very satisfied. We would definitely like to stay again. This is a good Hotel where you can really see everyone’s daily efforts. When ski season comes around again, we look forward to staying with you.

We stayed for 2 nights in two rooms as a group of four, including my eldest son and his wife, and my second son. This was the third time for me and my second son to stay here over the past two years, and we are always satisfied whenever we visit. It was a ski trip filled with skiing fun. Evening billiards were lively and enjoyable. My eldest son and his wife seemed very pleased with the Onsen and meals. They also loved the café's salted coffee and milk tea, visiting it multiple times! They said they would love to come back again. We also definitely want to visit again!
