    We had a comfortable stay.

    Although my stay was short, the Room was more spacious than I expected, and with soundproofing between neighboring rooms, I was able to spend a very comfortable time.

    The meal service is not satisfactory.

    Breakfast buffet available. However, items were not replenished even though it was not late. Desserts (such as fruits) were almost unavailable, and requesting them each time felt inconvenient. Perhaps due to staff shortages or cost-cutting? Overall, the taste was good but disappointing in this regard.

    Had a great time.

    Highly satisfied.

    I chose a Hotel with a large public bath, close to the station, and including breakfast. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, many freshly prepared, and was very delicious. The Room was clean and comfortable to use. However, although it was a Deluxe Twin Room, it felt slightly cramped as we used it for three people. The staff at the front desk were friendly and provided explanations with a smile, which made the experience very pleasant. Thank you very much!

    The walls in the Roo...

    The walls in the Room showed some wear, but I had a very comfortable stay. It is very convenient with its close proximity to Nagoya Station and a convenience store on the first floor. I will use it again for my next business trip.

    Breakfast is excellent.

    Thanks to IKYU Diamond, my Room was upgraded, and I enjoyed a spacious and comfortable stay. The simple yet sophisticated Room was very satisfying. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast. Nagoya specialties like Doteni, Unagi Rice Omelet, Kishimen, and salads were all incredibly delicious. Since it’s summer, the Kishimen was served cold, but my husband seemed to prefer it warm. It might be nice to offer both warm and cold options with broth. The large public bath could be accessed in loungewear, making the experience very convenient and enjoyable. Thank you very much!

    Convenient and comfortable stay.

    I stayed for one night on a business trip. The Room I checked into a bit earlier was stylish and newly renovated. The desk was spacious, the bed was large, and very comfortable to sleep in. Although it was a Room with just a shower booth, I had no issues as the public bath was almost like having it all to myself. I used it both at night and in the morning. The public bath also provided Snow Skin Essence amenities, allowing me to relax fully. Access to the station and my business destination was convenient, making my stay very comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality!

    A Good Hotel That Meets All Expectations

    The facilities were excellent with no flaws, making it a good Hotel. The breakfast showed effort, but the variety of food and drinks was slightly limited.

    For sightseeing purposes

    I chose this accommodation for its proximity to Nagoya Station, making it convenient for sightseeing. Despite the hot weather in August, I could walk from Nagoya Station through an underground passage, so the heat was not an issue. I had reserved a Standard Twin Room, but on the day of check-in, I was upgraded due to availability. The complimentary coffee available near the front desk was a nice touch. My stay was comfortable throughout, and I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

    Conveniently located near Nagoya Station

    I stayed with No Meals Included, and the location is close to Nagoya Station with affordable rates. There is also a convenience store on the first floor, which is very convenient. After a tiring trip in the hot weather, I was relieved to refresh myself in the large bath. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

    Service Decline

    I have stayed at several hotels in this chain, but this was the most disappointing accommodation within the Royal Park. There were no amenities in the room, and there was no prior notice about picking them up individually at the front desk. Additionally, as it is located further inside and out of sight, I believe first-time guests would need an explanation. I stayed in a room along the main road, but it was not soundproofed. The noise from cars and voices of people talking could be heard clearly, which might bother sensitive guests. Although it uses an automated check-in/out system, even with staff present at the front desk during checkout, they were just chatting and laughing among themselves without offering any greetings. It felt like they lacked even basic standards expected in a service industry. This is something I have never experienced at other accommodations before and found it surprising.

    Close to the station, large windows, and a public bath were the deciding factors for my stay. There were no skincare products among the amenities, so I assumed they weren't provided. Later, I realized they could be requested at the front desk as mentioned in the instructions. It would be helpful if this was mentioned during check-in. The bathing area has only four spots, so it fills up quickly.

    Snow Skin Essence available in the women's large public bath! It's amazing!

    The proximity to Nagoya Station and the large public bath were deciding factors for my stay. However, I noticed some guests wearing slippers in the changing area of the public bath (which should be removed before entering), and since I was barefoot, it felt unhygienic to see people walking around with slippers used outdoors. It might be helpful to post reminders in multiple languages about this rule. Additionally, I was uncomfortable seeing someone constantly using their phone in the bath area. The cleaning staff also surprised me by picking up hair from the floor with their hands and brushing it away multiple times instead of using proper tools. They didn’t seem motivated enough to address these issues or remind guests about proper etiquette regarding slippers either. Considering this is a hotel with "Royal Park" in its name, I had hoped for better management of such details. On a positive note, I appreciated that Sekkisei products were available in the public bath—this is rare and was a pleasant surprise! However, the hairdryers provided had weak airflow and took too long to dry hair; offering high-powered options like ReFa dryers could improve efficiency and encourage repeat visits. Having a convenience store on the first floor was very convenient! That said, waiting for elevators felt quite slow at times.

    Public Bath

    The Room only has a shower, but there is a large public bath on the 3rd floor instead. It was much better than the bathtub in the Room.

    The quality of breakfast has declined.

    The reason I made a Reservation for this Hotel this time was because it has a large public bath and, above all, the breakfast used to be rich in variety and delicious. However, the quality has significantly declined this time, which was disappointing.

    Even with a last-minute Reservation, it was very convenient being close to the station. It was clean, and the service was straightforward, making it ideal for me.

    The breakfast was disappointing.

    I used it for a business trip. It is conveniently located as it is right above the underground station (Unimall), making it easy to access in cold or rainy weather. The large public bath's availability can be checked on the TV, so I went when it was not crowded and had the bath all to myself. The bath was clean and not unsanitary. There was nothing particularly wrong with the Room, but the disappointing part was the breakfast. There was a photo of the breakfast options (four main dishes to choose from) in the elevator, and I was looking forward to it. However, when I actually ordered, the salad was very small in quantity, and there was no broccoli. What arrived was a limp salad on top of bread with eggs and bacon, which was quite disappointing. There were hardly any fruits or desserts, and I regretted not choosing the no-breakfast option. Moreover, when returning from breakfast or checking out, the front desk staff did not greet me and continued with their tasks. While not greeting is not necessarily bad service, a cheerful greeting in the morning would have motivated me to work hard. At hotels of the same level and price, greetings are usually given, so it was a bit disappointing.

    Convenient location

    I have used it several times since it opened, and it is conveniently located near the exit of Unimall, allowing for easy movement without getting wet in the rain. There is also a large public bath, and being able to stretch your legs and soak in the tub really helps relieve fatigue. The aging of the Room is undeniable, but having plenty of towels prepared and having a convenience store on the first floor is helpful. Also, all the staff are pleasant.

    A five-minute walk from Nagoya Station, with a convenience store right next door, making it very convenient. There is a large public bath, which was very relaxing. The amenities are well-stocked, so you can stay even without bringing anything. Overall, it was a very good value accommodation. Thank you very much.

    A convenient hotel for those coming from Nagoya Station without using a car.

    Three years ago, during the COVID-19 pandemic, my family contracted the virus just before our stay, and we had to cancel on the day of our reservation. Upon explaining the situation, the hotel kindly waived the cancellation fee. As a token of gratitude, we stayed for two nights this time. The hotel is conveniently located near Nagoya Station and in the downtown area, making it highly accessible. Both the facilities and services were satisfactory. However, there was a slight inconvenience when using a car. There is no drop-off area or hotel-contracted parking, so we had to use nearby parking lots, which was somewhat inconvenient. Given its proximity to Nagoya Station, it is a convenient choice when visiting Nagoya by Shinkansen.

    It is a comfortable hotel.

    I stayed for consecutive nights, and I think the quality as a business hotel is sufficient, as the room was adequately maintained while I was out. I believe the cleaning staff did a proper job, including in the large public bath.

    It was awesome.

    I visit Nagoya several times a year, and I stayed here to try it out because it has a large public bath. The bath was clean, the food was delicious, the hospitality was good, the room was clean, and there was a convenience store on the first floor, almost perfect. The only thing was that there was no plastic bag for laundry in the room?? I would like to stay again.

    I stayed here for the first time in a while.

    I stayed here for a business trip after a long time and used the facilities. I think the front desk service and the facilities are in a very good environment. This time, I used the ice machine, but I had a disappointing experience. There is a vent above the ice machine on the 8th floor, and a lot of dust discharged from there was left on the top of the ice machine. I recommend cleaning the vent as well for the sake of other users. This is a minor point, but I will continue to use this place when staying in Nagoya, so thank you in advance.
