Ryukyu Onsen Senagajima Hotel

I stayed for three nights.Because the airport is nearby, many guests may stay for just one night on arrival or departure,but I felt this Hotel is wonderful enough to be a destination in itself.The lobby has a pleasant citrus scent.From the Room, you can watch planes taking off and never get bored,and having a continuously flowing open-air bath on the balcony adds to the resort feel.At the public Onsen Facility, there are sauna “heat wave” events, body scrubs, and massages,and best of all, you can see arriving flights on the runway from the standing bath,so you could stay there forever...I only used breakfast for one day, but I was very satisfied with a compact selection of Okinawan specialties such as sea grapes, island pork sausage, jimami tofu (peanut tofu), and shabu-shabu with local island herbs.I’d love to visit again to relax in Okinawa and watch the planes. Thank you as well for your kind consideration toward my family member who uses a wheelchair—it was greatly appreciated.

I stayed on the day of my arrival. I was tired as it was already evening, but the warm smile of the staff who welcomed me made me feel refreshed. The breakfast was delicious as well, with a fun selection including crushed brown sugar. The dining area wasn’t very large, but it seemed like you wouldn’t get bored even on a Multiple Night Stay. The next day I didn’t have much time and checked out right after breakfast, so I couldn’t fully enjoy my stay, but I’d love to come back again when I can take things more slowly.
