    The hospitality is outstanding.

    We stayed here for Yomiuriland’s Jewel Illumination. It didn’t take long to get there, and we really appreciated the staff’s consideration when moving our car in and out. The service at the front desk and restaurant was also solid. In the guest room, the ceiling light didn’t turn on, but it may have been an emergency light. The individually packaged soaps and the amenities provided for female guests were nice. For breakfast, you can choose a main dish and the rest is buffet-style; the taste was acceptable. It would have been better if there had been fruit or sweets.

    Disappointed with the staff’s service.

    Based on the positive Reviews, I was looking forward to my stay, but it was completely disappointing. There was a self check-in machine at the front desk, so I used it. Even though there were two staff members at the front desk, they didn’t look up or greet me. I also checked out using the machine, and again there were two staff members at the front desk who didn’t look up or even say “thank you.” I stayed here for my daughter’s entrance exam, but only on this day the room rate was set very high. My impression is that while they are business-minded, they lack hospitality—very disappointing. Is this what happens when there are no other Hotels nearby? We stayed at various Hotels for my daughter’s exams, but I have never experienced a Hotel where all staff were this unresponsive.

    It was very good.

    The amenities were excellent. They seemed to have changed from before, but I really liked the body wash—it lathered well. The body towel was just the right softness, and I enjoyed a very comfortable bath time. The toothbrush was also soft and made it easy to brush my teeth. For breakfast, you choose one main dish, and items like salad, bread, and rice are served buffet-style. I also liked the previous style of choosing either a Japanese or Western set breakfast, but with the buffet I could enjoy as much of what I like as I want, which was great. I will visit again. Thank you very much.

    Convenience and Tranquility

    An excellent location right in front of Shin-Yurigaoka Station. The bed is spacious, and the amenities are well stocked. The Room was quiet and relaxing with no surrounding noise, and we enjoyed breakfast in a calm atmosphere. I thought it was a great Hotel that offers both convenience and tranquility.

    Conveniently located near the station, yet peaceful and relaxing.

    Located in front of Shin-Yurigaoka Station, it offers convenient access via limousine bus and the Odakyu Line. Although there are many commercial Facility in the area due to its station-front location, the Hotel rooms are on the 7th floor and above, allowing for a quiet stay. The beds in the guest rooms were large, and the amenities were well stocked. Breakfast was also delicious and enjoyed in a calm atmosphere.

    If the meals and staff service were better...

    Conveniently located near the station with supermarkets and shops nearby, yet quiet and a good Hotel. Breakfast has improved compared to before, but the layout of the venue is inconvenient as the food and drink stations are far apart, and the flow between seating areas is poor, making it easy to bump into others carrying plates. It would be better to simplify by offering fixed Western or Japanese-style meals instead of a buffet. The Japanese set meal options feel sparse, possibly due to cost-cutting. The front desk provided incorrect breakfast timing information by 30 minutes earlier than actual. During checkout, there were three female staff members on the floor who ignored guests; even when greeted with "Good morning," they did not respond. Regardless of having self-check-in/out machines available, if staff are present, basic greetings should be expected.

    This was my second visit.

    A Hotel that makes you want to stay again. Quiet, directly connected to the station, with kind and helpful staff. Thank you very much. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

    A Hotel That Relaxes Your Mind

    1-minute walk from Odakyu Line Shin-Yurigaoka Station. I love the amenities and the spacious beds, and I stay here every week for work. When I finish work early in the evening, there is a movie theater nearby, as well as many restaurants, making it very convenient.

    A thoughtfully designed Hotel.

    I always use this accommodation whenever I have business in Shin-Yurigaoka. There are lighted mirrors and SALONIA hair irons available for rent, and the bathroom amenities are of high quality. Even when I arrive on the last train, I am warmly welcomed with a smile, making my stay very pleasant. Additionally, around 11 a.m. during check-out, the staff cleaning the rooms greet me cheerfully with "Good morning," which is very uplifting. This month, the Halloween-themed decorations have added to my enjoyment of the seasonal atmosphere.

    I quite like it.

    I have stayed here more than 10 times. The location is excellent, conveniently adjacent to the station. While there are some areas of concern like the sink and corners of the Room, overall it is very suitable for long stays. The Hotel staff are courteous, and I had a pleasant stay! I look forward to staying here again!

    Beautiful and convenient

    We stayed with four people, including two infants. There is a convenience store nearby, the property is clean, and the amenities for children and the service were kind, which made us very satisfied.

    Comfortable business stay, ideal for long-term guests too?!

    We stayed due to construction on the lower floors of the Hotel. We requested a Room near the elevator for easy access, and they kindly accommodated additional requests like extra towels, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. Thank you very much. For breakfast, you can choose between a Japanese set meal or a Western set meal. Drinks are self-service, which I believe is sufficient.

    Thank you for your hospitality.

    Located right next to Shin-Yurigaoka Station, it was very convenient for using the area around the station. What was good about the room was the way the bed was made. When the top cover is tightly set at the foot, it feels cramped, and I often end up removing the cover, but at this hotel, there was room. It was very comfortable to sleep. The shower and faucet in the bathroom were not great, as water dripped from either when in use, and there was a strange squeaking noise. They provided small travel-sized shampoos and such, which were clean and good for each guest to use. However, all the bottles were the same container with small label text, making it hard to distinguish whether it was shampoo, body soap, or conditioner, especially since the bathroom lighting was dim, which was difficult for my presbyopia. The hotel itself doesn't seem very new, so it might be inevitable, but there were few outlets, which made it a bit inconvenient as the places to charge a smartphone or use a hairdryer were limited. Breakfast offered a choice between Japanese and Western styles, but neither was particularly appetizing. The Western breakfast included bread and croissants, but honestly, both were not good. If it wasn't included with the stay, I would prefer to eat elsewhere. If the bread and coffee in the Western breakfast were delicious, it would leave quite a good impression, but it was disappointing.

    Always pleasant service.

    I always use this place when visiting my daughter who lives in Kawasaki City. The reception at the front desk and the phone service are always very pleasant, and of course, the rooms are excellent.

    I would like the breakfast to be reviewed.

    Access from the station and customer service were impeccable, making it an attractive hotel that compensates for the somewhat old building. I chose the Western-style breakfast, but I must say the scrambled eggs were not what I would call a hotel breakfast. The drinks were particularly ordinary, and overall, the meal was disappointing in taste. To be blunt, if they claim to be a French restaurant, I wonder about the quality of this content. It might have been because I went during a busy time, but even though there were empty seats, the staff guided each group one by one, which was not smooth. I think the flow here could be improved. Ideally, I would like the room facilities to be gradually replaced with newer ones, but I think revising the breakfast is an urgent task.

    Very convenient as it is close to the station!

    I used a double room with breakfast for the first time. The room was neatly arranged, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. It was helpful to have basic skincare products available. Despite being close to the station, it was quiet, and I think it's a good hotel.
