Room Types and Dinner

The photos of the room posted were misleading. I booked the corner suite because the photos showed a direct ocean view from the balcony, but based on the room layout, it seemed odd. When I asked the hotel, they said it’s not completely invisible but not as shown in the pictures. I requested a room change on-site, but they said they couldn’t confirm availability at that moment. Luckily, I found an actual ocean-view room myself and switched to it, but false photo representation should be avoided. Considering the location, rooms without a proper ocean view should be clearly stated. Also, reviews mentioned that buffet meals were delicious; however, this was far from true and very disappointing. The steak was tough, and sashimi only included tuna and sea bream with mediocre taste. There wasn’t much to eat overall—this might be acceptable for a budget hotel—but for a mid-range hotel like this one, it felt subpar.

Additionally, we apologize for not being able to promptly accommodate a Room change at the time, resulting in you having to search for an ocean-view Room yourself.
