    A Hotel in an exceptionally convenient location, just 30 seconds from Shibuya Scramble Crossing.

    Shibuya Excel Hotel Tokyu This Hotel is in an exceptionally convenient location—just 30 seconds from the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. Due to its age, it’s hard to call it particularly clean, and the bathroom is a unit bath combined with the sink area. The toilet is separate, which helps. That said, for those who prioritize an unbeatable location and saving time—or Shibuya lovers like me—it’s a fantastic Hotel. As you’d expect, the price is quite high and seems geared toward international travelers. This was my second stay. It may depend on the season, but it felt more expensive when I tried booking for one person. We stayed as a family of three, and I suppose that’s just how it is when you want to be this close to Shibuya Station... Even so, it’s still one of my favorite Hotels.

    I was very satisfied!

    My son stayed here alone for an entrance exam, and he said he was satisfied with everything. He also found the location very convenient. Starting the day after tomorrow, we will be staying as a parent and child, so we would appreciate it if you could arrange two Rooms on the same floor, as close to each other as possible.

    The restaurant declined.

    I stayed during the New Year, but neither of the restaurants (25F) accepted my reservation as they were fully booked. I was told to wait in my room if I wanted to wait, and when I asked how long it would take, they could only say they didn’t know. My spouse and I stayed together, and our son who lives in Tokyo came to visit us at the Hotel with our grandchild. However, it started raining at night, making it difficult to go out with a stroller. We wanted to dine at the Hotel instead, but the restaurant reception staff lacked consideration in their response. A more hospitable approach would have been appreciated. During New Year’s holidays, many shops around Shibuya are closed; shouldn’t accommodation guests be prioritized over non-guests? If changes in operating hours or reservations were explained during check-in beforehand, we wouldn’t have been so disappointed about missing out on a reservation opportunity.

    The location is excellent.

    Single use of a double Room. The Room was very small, just slightly larger than a Business Hotel, making it difficult to open a suitcase. The bathroom was also small, and the unit bath was quite inconvenient.

    It was an excellent location.

    Great location with a view of the scramble crossing right below the window and beautiful neon signs creating a stunning night view. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    Always comfortable.

    We stayed for a family dinner. It is our regular Stays in Shibuya. The breakfast menu is unique and we look forward to it every time. We will visit again. Thank you very much.

    Almost satisfied.

    I have stayed several times before. I like it because the access is very good. Also, the night view is beautiful, and the bath was easy to use. It would have been nice to have a shower cap. I look forward to next time. I stayed in room 1806, but every 10 or 20 minutes, there was a regular "pita pita" sound near the refrigerator, so I couldn't figure out if water was leaking somewhere, if it was the air conditioning, or if it was the vibration of the wall. When sleeping at night, the surroundings are quiet, so the sound was bothersome. I think it would be good to investigate it once. The breakfast at Aviento was relaxing and enjoyable. The view is always wonderful. I would like to try dining at night as well.

    The other day stay

    The location is good, and the Room I used was clean with a desk suitable for studying, which is great before exams. However, there was no bath mat, which was inconvenient.

    I was satisfied with the quality Hotel.

    I searched for a hotel with good access in Shibuya. This was a high-quality hotel that exceeded my expectations, and I was satisfied. The facilities and furnishings were very comfortable, thank you.

    Breakfast

    I had visited for lunch several times, but this was my first time staying overnight and having breakfast. There were various Western-style menu options, but the Japanese-style options were lacking. I was disappointed that the orange juice wasn't 100%. The fruits and mini donuts were delicious.
