    It is a sufficient and official Hotel.

    I had a comfortable 2-night stay on the 8th floor facing the sea. I was slightly dissatisfied with the lack of USB ports, and it would be even better if the parking fee were a bit cheaper, but I understand that it's an official Hotel within the resort.

    I made a reservation...

    I made a reservation with the Park Ticket Purchase Guaranteed Plan. I was happy that I could buy the tickets on the spot at check-in and didn't have to go around. The room was compact but comfortable to stay in.

    I would like to stay here again when I visit Disney.

    The first official hotel. The free shuttle service, as well as the pre-check-in and luggage storage service at Maihama Station, were incredibly convenient and very good. The bed in the room was very comfortable, which was also nice. It was also nice to have a humidifier in the hotel room, which tends to be dry. It was great to be able to buy souvenirs that I forgot to buy in the park. I would like to use it again.

    Thank you for taking care of us for two days. I had requested special consideration during the Reservation as my companion has a leg disability, and although there was no particular feedback, I thought it couldn't be helped. However, during check-in, I was grateful for the consideration given, such as parking, when I spoke directly. I was very impressed with the attentiveness of the male staff in the lobby. It's a pity that there is no direct shuttle bus to Sea.

    Highly recommended for land users!

    I use it 1.2 times a year. I also use nearby official hotels and Disney hotels, but the charm of First Resort is that there is a direct bus from the Land! This service is really appreciated when you're tired. With park tickets and various prices rising, the price is reasonable, the breakfast is delicious, and I would like to continue using it in the future.

    My husband, child (4 years old), and I stayed for three days and two nights with breakfast included (extra charge for the child) for a little over 100,000 yen. I thought the reasonable price was a selling point, so it was quite expensive. At check-in, I requested a child’s toilet seat, and it was brought to our room immediately. I thought the response was quick and good, but it had urine stains on it... I wiped it off quickly with a disinfectant wipe I had, so perhaps it wasn't cleaned after the previous child used it...? It wasn't clean. There were several venues for the breakfast buffet, and I heard the content was the same everywhere, so on the second day, we tried a different venue. Indeed, there was no change in the food, but there was no coffee machine like the one in the first day's venue... I was really looking forward to having a café latte, so it was very disappointing (T_T). The location is very convenient for visiting Disneyland and Maihama Station, but after staying, I felt that it wasn't worth the price overall.

    Stayed with my 84-ye...

    Stayed with my 84-year-old mother. The staff we passed by, the restaurant staff, everyone was pleasant, and the bus driver made us feel happy even before arriving at the sea. I am very satisfied that we were able to purchase tickets, as there are some hotels where tickets cannot be purchased. I used this hotel several times when my son was small, and the room was unchanged from those days, which was nostalgic. I will use it again.

    Cannot enter the Room

    I stayed for one night to visit Disneyland and DisneySea. Although I was waiting in line to check in, I was moved to another line and ended up at the back. I received a card key at the front desk, but the floor and room number were incorrect, so I couldn't enter the room. I asked a housekeeper who happened to be there to check, but of course, the key didn't work, so I had to call from the phone in front of the elevator for assistance. I have stayed many times before, but I will not stay again. It was nice that the bathroom had a washing area and the latest air purifier.

    Granddaughter's Birthday Celebration

    We stayed at the First Resort for a Multiple Night Stay to celebrate my granddaughter's second birthday and visited Disneyland. We had dinner at the Hotel and they also prepared a birthday cake for us. We are satisfied with the courteous and friendly service of the Hotel staff. My granddaughter was also very happy. Seeing her cute smile made me happy too.

    It was good, but the Room was a bit small this time.

    The staff were very nice! However, it seems that the Room where my daughters stayed in May was larger, and this time the Room for three adults and one child was smaller, which was a bit surprising... They said the impression of the Room at that time was very good... Next time, they said they would prefer the previous Room.

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days.

    The buildings and elevators differ depending on the room, but there was no explanation, which caused us to go through the process twice. I was also worried about whether we could have a quiet stay since there was no explanation about high school students staying for their school trip. I wish it was clearly stated on the website if there is a parking fee. The breakfast was very delicious and satisfying! It was nice to be able to take it easy since checkout was until 12 o'clock. Thank you very much.

    Full of Disney charm

    The atmosphere and interior of the room are cute...! I also liked the cleaning system where only towels and trash are exchanged. The lighting system was interesting, and the light was beautiful! It was nice that the bus came quickly. It started raining, and it was helpful at that time too. I thought it would be easier to do makeup if there was a chair at the position of the mirror or a movable mirror. Maybe it was available for rent. If so, I'll request it next time!

    After returning from Disneyland

    Being able to walk back to the hotel after visiting Disneyland was a high point! This time, the room was themed after the Westland, allowing us to carry the fun from Disneyland back to the hotel. The front desk staff were very courteous, which was great. Additionally, the room was very clean, with no odors, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's clientele was also good, which was a plus. I will definitely stay again!

    I wanted a slightly cleaner stay.

    The room cleaning was inadequate, and I couldn't have a pleasant stay. The first thing that bothered me was the poor dusting of the shelves and desk, so I immediately wiped them down with disinfectant wipes upon arrival. While I understand that the facility is old, I was shocked by the bed cover with sticky stains, and it was so unpleasant that I slept with it turned over. (Photo 2) Additionally, the cups were not replaced after room cleaning, and they were still dirty. (Photo 1) I don't think I will stay here again, but I hope for improvements.

    At least a smartphone charger...

    Wouldn't it be nice to lend out smartphone chargers? I've stayed at various hotels, but this was the first time. Considering the price that includes the dinner buffet, I think the cost performance is good.

    Disappointing

    I've been using this hotel since my children were small, so I understand that some wear and tear is inevitable. However, if the tape used to repair the corner of the room is peeling off, I would appreciate it if it could be replaced. I was shocked when I looked up in the bathroom. The amount of dust on the exhaust fan was terrible! It was so bad that it made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't even want to breathe. While I don't expect a deep clean, I would like at least the dust that can be wiped off to be cleaned. Seeing this as soon as I entered the room made my stay feel gloomy. The amenities were sufficient and I was grateful for that. However, the woman at the front desk during check-in seemed overwhelmed and tired from handling multiple check-ins. She proceeded mechanically without a smile, which didn't leave a good impression.

    The lack of a privacy screen in the washroom was a critical issue.

    There is no changing room to take a shower. I wish there was a curtain or something at the entrance of the washroom.

    Thank you for the exciting time.

    We wanted to visit TDS for our child's birthday, and initially planned to stay after the visit, but due to the weather, we decided to stay the night before. The room didn't have brand-new facilities, but it had a Disney atmosphere that delighted our child! At the souvenir shop, they even wrote a birthday seal for us, making it an exciting trip even before entering the park, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. Until now, we had only stayed after our visits, but staying the night before and enjoying the hotel time was nice too. We made many wonderful memories, thank you very much! We would love to stay again.
