    We had a great stay.

    We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days for a relaxing hotel getaway. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. The braised pork belly at breakfast was especially good, and at dinner the meat and fish dishes (I don’t remember the names) were particularly tasty. There was also a wide variety of desserts. The Room was clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in. The indoor pool wasn’t crowded, so we could take our time and enjoy it however we liked. We’d love to visit again.

    This was my first trip to Osaka with my daughter, and the shuttle bus from Osaka Station was a huge help. My daughter had lots of places she wanted to visit, but thanks to our Multiple Night Stay, we could leave our luggage in the Room and use Osaka Station as our base, making the trip very worthwhile. There is also a convenience store on the lower floor of the Hotel, so it was convenient to take the elevator down for shopping without having to go outside. The Room we stayed in was clean and spacious, and at night we could see the beautiful view of Tempozan’s Ferris wheel from the window. During the holiday period, there was a long line at breakfast, but before long a staff member informed us that they had opened up the second floor as well, so we were able to move smoothly. Also, on weekends and public holidays there are two morning shuttle buses departing from the Hotel that stop by Tempozan, so we were able to enjoy Kaiyukan Aquarium on our last day too. One thing I noticed when using the shuttle bus from Osaka on our first day: it may have been just by chance, but there were many passengers for the size of the bus. With multiple suitcases brought onboard, several people were unable to get on. The driver also seemed to have a hard time. Especially after 5:00 PM when it runs only once per hour, I recommend allowing plenty of time for travel.

    Comfortable

    I stayed for two nights. The Room was spacious and comfortable. It was very helpful that you brought my luggage I had left in advance and the humidifier I borrowed up to my Room—excellent service. The Room temperature was a bit tricky, and I slept lightly because it felt hot or cold at night, but on the second night I turned off the air conditioner and had no issues. There is also a shuttle bus, so I think it’s a very convenient Hotel. If I have the chance, I’d like to stay again. I had breakfast, which was delicious. One disappointing point was that the coffee machine was slow and a line formed.

    Breakfast

    Breakfast is served buffet-style, but it was difficult to serve myself. Also, a foreign guest sat next to me and kept talking the entire time until leaving, which was unpleasant. Were they traveling alone? The Hotel itself is well built and it was nice that there is a pool. I wish more effort had been put into the breakfast selection. It was disappointing.

    Not recommended.

    Stayed one night for my birthday (3/24–25). Right after check-in, the shower booth floor was wet, which made me concerned about the cleanliness. The birthday cake that was supposed to be arranged in advance never arrived, and I couldn’t reach the hotel by internal phone for about two hours; it was only provided after I followed up. At the buffet, the staff member carving roast beef kept chatting about personal matters (salary and private issues), which was unpleasant. At checkout, despite having prepaid, I was almost charged twice, and the amount was stated out loud, ruining the surprise. I chose this hotel with high expectations, so this was extremely disappointing. I strongly hope for improvements.

    Your hospitality is truly exceptional.

    This is a wonderful Hotel with impressively courteous and pleasant service from the staff. With the IKYU Diamond member benefits, we received a Room upgrade and late check-out until 2:00 p.m., and we were truly touched to also receive a luxurious pound cake and a handwritten message card “to celebrate your birthday.” We also appreciated the complimentary Shuttle Service from Osaka Station. The spacious 40 m² Deluxe Twin Room featured a smart TV that allowed us to watch YouTube, TVer, and more, as well as a Nespresso machine, and we enjoyed coffee time at the large dining table. The view from the high floor was refreshing, and my mother who traveled with me was delighted by how luxurious the Room was. Thank you very much for such a wonderful stay.

    I was able to relax.

    I stayed here twice in March for a 60th birthday ladies’ gathering. Perhaps because it’s away from central Osaka, it was quiet and removed from the city bustle, and both the lobby and the Room were spacious. As an extra service, they provided a cake on my first stay and upgraded my Room on my second. There were complimentary drinks and cookies in the lobby, and the front desk and room service staff clearly conveyed their commitment to doing everything they could to help, making for a very comfortable stay. The shuttle bus service from Umeda is also very convenient. Highly recommended for a relaxing weekend getaway as well. The price is reasonable, and I’ll be staying again next month.

    You can relax and unwind.

    At first, it may feel a bit far, but with the shuttle bus you can easily access the city center, and the area around the Hotel is quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay. I’ve been using it more often lately. The Room amenities are also good. If I had to mention anything, I wish the bathroom lighting were a bit brighter to make it easier for women to apply makeup, and it’s a slight downside that the hair dryer only has a strong airflow setting.

    Club Floor

    I stayed with my daughter. Thank you for upgrading us to a spacious Room. We were both delighted with the wonderful Room. At the club lounge, we enjoyed an elegant time while taking in the beautiful view. We also enjoyed exploring the Hotel, including the high-ceilinged corridor leading to the elevator hall and the stylish fresh flower arrangements at the entrance to the club lounge, as well as strolling along the small paths around the Hotel. From the front desk team onward, all staff were very pleasant and made our stay comfortable. I would like to stay again.

    A place you’ll want to return to again and again

    This urban resort overlooking Osaka Bay is wonderfully comfortable, and I have stayed here several times. The club lounge is spacious, and you can enjoy the food and drink presentations throughout the day. From the top floor, you can take in both the sea and the city, fully enjoying Osaka’s scenery as it changes over time. The lounge staff are all friendly, making it a pleasant place to visit anytime. It’s a truly excellent and lovely Hotel that makes you want to come back regularly.

    Three of us stayed o...

    Three of us stayed on the Club Floor. We accidentally made a Reservation for a double bed, but since there was availability, they changed our Room to one with three beds. We were truly touched by the kindness of the staff at the Club Floor reception. Thank you as well for the complimentary cake. The free shuttle bus from Osaka Station was very convenient. We thought we would need to transfer trains, but it arrived in about 20 minutes, which made things easy. We would love to stay again.

    With many elevators,...

    With many elevators, there is little waiting time, and the strong water pressure with a high flow rate means the bathtub fills up quickly. Even though it is a high-rise Hotel, I was able to enjoy a stress-free and comfortable stay. Thank you.

    We were very satisfied.

    This was our family’s first time staying at this Hotel, and we loved how spacious and clean the Room was. Every dish at the breakfast buffet was delicious—excellent overall. We chose it this time for its convenient location near the event venue, and we would like to stay at this Hotel again whenever we visit Osaka in the future.

    When I mentioned it was for a special occasion, I was happy to find a handwritten message card and a pound cake prepared for us.\nHowever, it was disappointing that there was no EV charging Facility.\nI used to stay here often when it was the Hyatt Regency when visiting USJ...\nI hope to stay again if I have the chance.

    The Diamond upgrade is amazing.

    I had reserved a 40 m² Room, but thanks to a Diamond upgrade I was moved to an 80 m² Room and was able to relax. The Room was very clean. There were bath salts in the bathroom, and I enjoyed a long soak while taking in the view. For breakfast, the frozen yogurt was delicious. I had been looking forward to the bagels because they were great last time, so it was disappointing that they were no longer available. In the club lounge during nightcap time, I was happy to find chocolate sticks with orange peel. When I was looking for plain milk in front of the café au lait machine, a staff member kindly spoke to me. That machine didn’t have plain milk, but they brought some separately to my seat, which I really appreciated. The pool water temperature was a bit cold, but I’m glad the jacuzzi—previously under adjustment—was available this time. One concern: the cover on one of the jacuzzi jet buttons was cracked and seemed like it could cut someone’s finger. Please remove any broken covers and make sure the buttons are safe and easy to press.

    Many of the best Hotels

    We stayed for two nights to celebrate my friend’s birthday trip. From the Reservation stage, we received confirmation and service emails, and as the date approached, we couldn’t wait. Right after check-in, when we missed the shuttle bus, a staff member proactively guided us to the next one after hearing our conversation at the entrance. I was truly impressed by how attentive they were at all times. When we returned in the evening, our luggage that we had left at the front desk had already been delivered to our Room, and there was a complimentary cake and a letter waiting for us—an absolutely perfect moment. When we requested extra tableware and cutlery for drinks in the Room, they even suggested a champagne cooler and ice for our glasses without being asked, which was incredibly helpful. When I called with requests, they addressed me by name (“Yes, Mr./Ms. ___…”). It may be a small thing, but it made me feel special and reassured—and genuinely happy. Housekeeping while we were out was also flawless, so we could enjoy our second day comfortably. As for Facilities, there was only one minor point: adjusting the shower temperature uses an older system and was slightly tricky. However, it was such a wonderful Room that I quickly forgot about it. The location is a bit far from central Osaka, but that also means it’s quiet and relaxing with time flowing gently. (The shuttle bus runs frequently, and they help load luggage too—so it’s much easier than taking trains!) This is truly an outstanding Hotel where unquestionable tradition and prestige come together with first-class staff who clearly take pride in their work. I highly recommend it to anyone craving great service and hospitality—you will definitely be satisfied. I would love to stay again if I get (or even make) another chance. Thank you very much for such an amazing stay.

    The service feels better than it was during the Hyatt era.

    Back in the Hyatt days, I often stayed on the spa Plan. While I was visiting less because that Plan became much more expensive, the property was rebranded as a Prince Hotel. I have stayed once since it became a Prince, and at that time I didn’t feel much difference from the Hyatt era, but this time I felt both the front desk service and the breakfast selection and quality had improved. The Room has very clean furniture that doesn’t show its age, making for a comfortable stay. The bathroom has always been a bit dark; personally, I would prefer brighter lighting there. Also, the air purifier in the Room did not include a humidifier function, so it felt a little dry. However, when I called the front desk, they promptly delivered a humidifier. I couldn’t find any information about available loan items no matter where I looked, which was slightly inconvenient—but aside from that, I truly enjoyed a very satisfying Hotel stay. If I feel like having a nearby resort getaway again, I would love to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Even after it became Prince, I have stayed here dozens of times, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay thanks to the excellent hospitality. For me, it is the best Hotel in Osaka.

    Staying Overnight with My Grandchild

    This time I made a Reservation with a lounge-access Plan. Thank you for upgrading me to a larger Room. I had requested a high-floor Room with a great view, but I was assigned the opposite: a low-floor Room with a poor view. While I was very satisfied with the Room itself, there were fewer amenities than before, and for a luxury Hotel it felt inferior compared to other hotels—especially considering it was supposed to include lounge access. I hope this can be improved. Also, although the Reservation was for three adults, an extra bed and amenities were not prepared. When I called, I couldn’t get through; after waiting and calling again, I finally reached someone and the bed was prepared. The IKYU benefit was also forgotten, so overall this stay was very disappointing. Breakfast was at the first-floor café, but it was extremely crowded and we had to wait quite a long time. For Plans that include lounge access, wouldn’t it be possible to have breakfast in the lounge? I know this is mostly critical feedback, but the Hotel itself is luxurious and wonderful, and I really like the spa as well. Please work on improving the service side. I look forward to my next stay.

    It’s surprising that...

    It’s surprising that the Rooms are so spacious yet reasonably priced. I was very satisfied with the guest room, but having to request amenities was a downside. The bath is an old-style type that requires manual temperature adjustment, and it was a hassle to get it to a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was tasty, but perhaps the timing was bad—no matter how long we waited, items were not replenished. Entire sections like the ham area and the Japanese food area ran out of plates all at once and stayed empty. At other Hotels, they seem to restock even one plate at a time, so this was disappointing. My child also wanted certain items; when I asked, I was told they were “checking,” so we waited at our table, but no one came no matter how long we waited. We eventually gave up and went back to our Room. I booked two nights and two Rooms through IKYU, but for some reason the number of guests I reserved didn’t match what the Hotel told us. Even when I emailed before our stay to confirm, they wrote that they had indeed received it as two Rooms for one night, which made me worried because there were multiple inconsistencies. It’s close if you drive to the theme park, and the price is reasonable, so I would like to stay again. The front desk staff and the person who brought amenities were very kind and helpful.

    Access to the club lounge. I’d like to stay here again.

    I used the club lounge. I had used the club lounge back when it was a Hyatt, and at that time I was dissatisfied with both the staff and the food. However, since it became the Grand Prince, the service has been excellent, the food is delicious, and I really enjoyed how the offerings change depending on the time of day. I truly want to use it again. The baked goods, fruit, savory dishes, and chocolates were all very tasty. The club lounge staff member who handled my check-in (with a non-Japanese name) was especially attentive—despite it being a self-service lounge—kindly checking on drinks and even preparing them for me. It also left a strong impression that they addressed me by name.

    Breakfast

    The Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It takes about 25 minutes from Osaka Station by limousine bus, but the Hotel feels luxurious, the breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay at this Hotel again if I have the chance.

    The night view is beautiful.

    We stayed to celebrate a family birthday. The Room had a beautiful view, and we were truly impressed. Since bathrobes and pajamas are provided, it was helpful that we didn’t need to bring loungewear. The amenities aren’t extensive, but the essentials are available, and the bath salts made our bathing time especially enjoyable. We also really enjoyed the club lounge—it was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated how quickly empty dishes were replenished. Breakfast was delicious as well. If we have the opportunity, we would love to stay again.

    Due to the heavy sno...

    Due to the heavy snowfall, I had to change my stay from four nights to three, but even though you were extremely busy, you handled it so pleasantly that I felt comfortable even before arriving. Throughout my stay, all of the staff would stop to greet me, and whenever I seemed even slightly unsure, someone would immediately offer assistance—it was a truly moving experience for the first time in a while. It wasn’t just once; this kind of thoughtful service continued constantly, which genuinely surprised me. The front desk team, dining venue staff, the chef who prepared the egg dishes, the doorman, the limousine bus driver, staff who helped with shipping arrangements, lounge staff, housekeeping team members, cleaning staff in the front desk area, and Room service staff—what stood out most was that everyone kept smiling throughout. Communication with guests was neither too close nor too distant. I also witnessed many instances of wonderfully balanced service: conveying Hotel requests appropriately while not rigidly forcing rules on either employees or guests. It was very educational for me. Although I spent most of my time working in my Room during this stay, I was able to relax while enjoying the beautiful seaside and sky views. The fitness staff took especially great care of me as well. I would love to visit again during my next refresh vacation. To all staff who assisted me directly and everyone behind the scenes involved in running the Hotel—thank you very much for giving me such a wonderful time. I also really liked the clean and uncluttered Room. Even though not everything was brand-new, I had a very positive impression of how clean and well-maintained the Facility and furnishings were. Next time, I hope to be able to stay for four nights. Thank you very much.
