    We had a great time as a family.

    It was my first time staying at the Hilton, and I was able to relax and enjoy a very restful stay. Breakfast was also available, which made it even more comfortable. The Room was fun and kid-friendly, and I think it is a very good Hotel. Next time, I would like to use the garden pool in summer.

    We stayed for one night to visit Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea.

    This was our second stay. We were satisfied with everything—the location, the Facility, and the service from the Hotel staff. This time, we got back late from DisneySea on the first day, and our child seemed sleepy the next morning. Considering what time we needed to leave for Disneyland on day two, it was difficult to take our time at the buffet, so we did not use the dining options. There is a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which we used—it was very convenient. We would like to stay again.

    First Disney trip with the family!

    We chose this accommodation among many hotels. We opted for the breakfast and dinner buffet, which had a moderate variety and was enjoyable. Personally, I liked the roast beef, fresh pasta, and sparkling water. The availability of a kids' menu was great as well. It seemed delicious to them as they ate heartily. The melon fruit was particularly tasty for them—they kept exclaiming "Delicious!" with excitement (probably the highlight of their Disney trip!). Since we were already full, we didn’t request the decoration for the pudding à la mode, but we’d love to try it when they’re a bit older next time. Thank you also for the birthday card! The twin beds were pushed together and placed against the wall so our child could sleep safely without rolling off—this gave us peace of mind. The only concern was that we occasionally heard noises through the wall from the neighboring room. Checking out via phone was convenient, and we would love to stay here again during our next Disney trip! Thank you very much!

    The Room was next to one where dogs are allowed.

    I often stay with my family at accommodations within walking distance of Bayside Station, but this was my first time staying at Hilton Tokyo Bay. I will never use this accommodation again. I've stayed at various hotels in Maihama within the same price range, but this is the first time I've been so disappointed. There were several negative points: First, despite costing over 45,000 yen per night, the services and amenities were excessively cut back. Additionally, we were informed on the day that we could upgrade our room for an extra 4,000 yen. We decided to upgrade but ended up next to a room where guests could stay with their dogs. The barking was very loud. There was no explanation about this beforehand, which I found unacceptable. Regarding amenities and services: There was no bottled water in the room. Guests are expected to fetch water from a dispenser using shared containers that many others have used; I found this unhygienic and couldn't do it. The slippers provided were not disposable. There were no cleansing products or skincare items in the room; by the time I noticed after changing into loungewear, I hesitated to call guest services for them. Despite informing them beforehand about needing children's amenities, none were prepared. Breakfast was also underwhelming and not particularly tasty. The number of seats and coffee machines seemed insufficient for the number of guests. There was only one working coffee machine (the other appeared broken), leading to long lines constantly forming. On Sunday during daytime hours, there was a line for restrooms on the first floor. My husband went to use those on the second floor only to find that they had their lights turned off—likely as part of energy-saving measures—but considering how much they charge per night here, such cost-cutting seems unreasonable. Positive points: The proximity to Bayside Station, The cute design of our upgraded Happy Magic Room (for which we paid an additional 4,000 yen as informed), And polite service from staff members...

    I have stayed here every year for the past few years. At the end of August, I stayed for one night with 3 adults and 1 child sharing existing bedding, including breakfast and access to the garden pool, all for under 50,000 yen—a fantastic deal. While there are some signs of age, the older design means that the rooms are spacious. Even in the lowest-grade room with three beds, there is enough space to open suitcases comfortably. Previously, I stayed in a higher-grade 40-square-meter room that had three beds plus a baby crib and still had plenty of space to open suitcases—it was surprisingly spacious! The room type features a combined bath and toilet setup designed more for adults; however, it has a larger bathroom compared to business hotels, making it relatively easy even with children. Sometimes when you revisit a place after having a great first impression, it can be disappointing—but this hotel continues to impress me every time! I often stay here after visiting Disney parks. The food is delicious, and the garden pool has such a lovely atmosphere that staying at this hotel itself becomes part of my trip's enjoyment. Although prices during peak seasons can be high and make booking difficult, I look forward to finding affordable dates so I can stay again!

    The room was spacious enough.

    The Plan included two pool sessions and allowed check-in to the Room from 5 PM. At the initial reception, I confirmed if charges could be added to the Room bill, and I was told it was possible. Since I didn’t want to bring my wallet to the poolside, I left it in a locker. However, when settling at the poolside bar, I was informed that due to another guest using late checkout for my assigned Room earlier, charges couldn’t be added to my Room bill... As a result, most of my orders were canceled, and I could only order below the coupon value. Unfortunately, we couldn’t have lunch by the poolside as planned... Knowing that leaving the poolside with kids midway would be difficult is why I had confirmed this beforehand—it felt disappointing. The Room size was sufficient. Although traveling with children, there were no amenities provided for kids.

    It was excellent.

    I booked an accommodation with a pool. The clean and large pool made the children very happy. It was very helpful that we could enter the room early. This time, we didn’t go to Disney but stayed for the purpose of enjoying the pool, so we were able to relax. There is also a shuttle bus to Maihama Station, which was very convenient for going out to have dinner at the station. The room was clean with a great view, allowing us to spend a relaxing and comfortable time. I would love to stay here again.

    Not a big deal.

    The buffet food is underwhelming. Alcoholic drinks are overpriced. It might be expected given the Hilton rates. I chose the Deluxe King, but there was no sofa, only chairs with backrests. It's unbelievable that there were no proper chairs—just two ottomans instead. I've never seen a Hotel like this before.

    Renovated Room

    The renovated room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable and relaxing. The children enjoyed the pool and had a fun summer vacation. Free breakfast for elementary school children is much appreciated. We would love to stay again.

    Pros and Cons

    The downside was the lack of items like robes to wear when using the VIP seats, unlike other night pools. The positive aspect was the excellent customer service in various ways. I truly appreciated all the thoughtful gestures. In particular, the front desk staff at check-in who upgraded my Room provided detailed explanations and attentive care, making it a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much!     Beautiful Room

    We stayed as a family of three with our 1-year and 3-month-old son. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable! The large windows provided a sense of openness and offered a great view. Since we had a child with us, we requested bed guards but were informed that they could not be attached to the king-size bed. As the bed is quite high, families with small children should take extra care. (They can provide a baby crib upon request.) The bathroom area was spotless with no unpleasant odors at all. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was absolutely delicious! We were very satisfied. Having access to a 24-hour Lawson convenience store nearby was incredibly convenient! One disappointing aspect: The plan we booked mentioned four benefits included, but in reality, only one benefit was provided. We received the restaurant discount voucher at check-in and also got discounted parking fees. Early check-in and late check-out were stated to depend on room availability; however, when we asked staff during check-in, both were unavailable for us. While understandable, it left us feeling slightly disappointed about missing out on these benefits. Additionally, although gym access was listed as free in the plan's benefits, we were told it would cost ¥4,000 to use it instead—this felt confusing and frustrating. If certain features are not included in the plan after all, they should not be advertised as such—it led to higher expectations that ultimately resulted in greater disappointment for us.

    Perfect for a pre-stay before visiting DisneySea, with convenient access and comfortable rooms. The sea view with Mount Fuji was wonderful. There is a convenience store, and we took out dinner from the hotel's restaurant. There’s also a café near the entrance that we wanted to try but didn’t get the chance. The breakfast was especially delicious, and next time, we’d like to stay after visiting Disney to enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

    It was a disappointing stay that did not feel like a luxury hotel.

    Thank you for staying with us. It was disappointing that the requests made at the time of reservation were not fulfilled. Additionally, when we filled the bathtub, several black particles floated, and my child felt uncomfortable and couldn't enter, so I think it should be checked. The room felt a bit old, and considering the price, this was also disappointing. This is not the hotel's fault, but it was terrible with school trip students or high school students being crowded, noisy, and having poor manners, resulting in long lines at the shop, which scared my child from approaching. I thought I could relax at a luxury hotel, but it was noisy until midnight, which was difficult. Next time, I would like to stay on a day without school trip groups.

    The room was clean, but the amenities were terrible. Almost none. No water. It's the first time I've seen a hotel at this level without water. Sheraton had better amenities and lounge usability. It's a choice between cleanliness and usability. If the amenities and lounge improve, I would stay every time. Is it because it's Maihama that they don't care? I've stayed at Sheraton and Hilton, so I'll try other places too.

    Stable and reliable, with good access.

    I had a fun and wonderful time. The price was reasonable, and the food was delicious. The weather was nice that day, and I could see Mt. Fuji beautifully from the upper floors. It was amazing. I will use it again. Thank you.

    Stayed at the accommodation for visiting Disney Resort.

    This was my first time staying here. The accommodation was very clean and conveniently located within a 10-minute drive from Tokyo Disney Resort. Although I checked in late at night, the staff provided excellent service. Additionally, the "Night Ramen" service (available until 10:30 PM) was a delightful touch. The convenience stores nearby were also well-stocked, making it an ideal choice for Disney visitors. Personally, considering the accommodation fee, it would be nice to have complimentary bottled water in the minibar. Also, since breakfast starts at 7 AM, offering it from 6 AM would better accommodate guests heading out early. Another minor issue was that adjusting the shower temperature was difficult as only hot water seemed to come out. Overall, I was satisfied and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Disney. Thank you!

    I hope for even more improvements!

    The price and quality do not match given the location of Tokyo Bay. I understand the staff shortage, but isn't the accommodation fee set based on the ability to provide service? The room feels old as years have passed since the construction. There is a smell as if a smoking room was converted to non-smoking. The mattress also feels cheap. I think other Hilton Hotels had more comfortable beds, what do you think? There is no trash can in the room. I have to go to the toilet area to throw away trash each time. I made my own trash bag and used it. The towels also feel worn out. At least I want a bathrobe. I think the wooden card key can be made more sturdy, but it seems like it might break, so please consider this. Since there are many foreigners, please ensure security is tight. I'm glad room service has been revived in a new form, but payment via mobile was delayed. I was able to pay by phone, but I want something more reliable. Please stop the Vacation Club postcards. It's obvious that they are trying to make you go for some kind of guidance while saying you won. Both rooms won, but I decided not to go. I have stayed several times over the past 30 years, and while the hotel in Tokyo Bay is well-known, I thought the content was lacking. If the quality were higher, I would have felt the cost-effectiveness. I hope you do your best.

    Very satisfied.

    I made a reservation with No Meals Included, but the lounge had light snacks, and both dinner and breakfast had a wide variety and were very delicious, leaving me full. From the room, Fantasy Springs was right in front of me, and the view was great. The interior was clean and had a very simple design. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and the bathroom had a washing area, making it easy to use. The sheets and other bed linens were soft to the touch, and I was able to rest warmly during sleep. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no shower cap, so I tried to have it delivered to the room using the "Guest Room Amenities Mobile Order," but it didn't work well, and I ended up calling, which took over an hour to get it delivered (system trouble?). Also, the scent of the provided shampoo was too strong for me, so I ordered a different soap, and they delivered something called "Jam Label Shampoo." It was amazing, unscented, and could be used as both shampoo and body soap, which was perfect. It was my first time at Hilton, but it turned out to be a fantastic trip. All the staff were kind and helpful. Thank you for taking care of us. It was a very enjoyable stay and became a wonderful memory.

    Second time at Hilton

    The Hilton Odawara where we stayed during the summer vacation was very nice, so we chose this property for our trip to Chiba. The Family Happy Magic Room was a hit with the kids, who were fascinated by the three tricks in the room and the bunk bed, as well as the trick of peeking into the tree in front of the floor elevator. The buffet's fresh pasta was very delicious, and since we were traveling with three children, including two toddlers, we requested a sofa seat at the time of reservation, and we were very grateful to be seated as requested. The only concern was that the bathroom was a unit bath, but the shower curtain was double-layered, allowing it to be separated inside and outside the bathtub, and the curtain rail was curved rather than straight, which eliminated the stress of the shower curtain, so bathing in the unit bath was not a problem. Also, it was very convenient that if you settled the drink charges incurred at the restaurant each time, you could check out from the room phone. Having a Disney shop and Lawson was also very convenient, allowing us to enjoy a leisurely hotel stay. The hotel's pleasant atmosphere made us feel that visiting during the Halloween or Christmas season would be even more enjoyable, so we would like to visit again.     Glad I chose Hilton!

    I was thrilled to be provided with a very spacious and lovely room. I was worried that we might not be able to go due to the typhoon, but since it was a Disney trip I had been looking forward to with my daughters for the first time in a year, it turned out to be a very good trip. At night, we bought fried rice and fresh spring rolls from the shop on the first floor and ate them in our room, and everything was delicious. The staff at the shop were also very kind and pleasant, which made us really satisfied. I am grateful for the very kind response when I asked to change the schedule. I would love to visit again.

    I fully enjoyed the pool!

    It was my first stay in a while. The pool had many photogenic items, allowing me to relax leisurely, and it was full of resort vibes. The meal voucher worth 3,000 yen was very helpful! The food was very delicious! I rented a swimsuit, and there were many stylish options, and the fact that it was free was amazing! I was thoroughly satisfied with the attentive service! Next time, if I have the chance, I would like to try the night pool! The plan with pool access was a great deal and very good! This time, I stayed in the Happy Magic Room, which I had wanted to try for a while. The room was full of playful elements, allowing me to take lots of photos and relax leisurely! Highly recommended for those who love photogenic spots! It was my first time trying the breakfast, and it was very delicious overall with a wide variety! The large drink cups were great because I didn't have to go for refills multiple times, which was a first for me! Overall, I was very satisfied, but the only downside was that the tissue paper was only in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient! I wish they had also placed some in the living room!

    The room was good.

    The room was spacious, the bed was large, and it was clean, which was satisfying, but the buffet meals were disappointing. I used both breakfast and dinner, but the variety was quite limited, and it seemed that the focus was on not spending much, so it wasn't very enjoyable to choose from.
