This was my first time staying here. The Room, meals, and service were all perfect. In particular, the staff were kind and attentive, helping with everything from local sightseeing information to making dining reservations. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

This is always a clean and wonderful Hotel. I haven’t had lunch here, but it always looks delicious. I avoid it because I tend to overeat. For business travelers, it’s a Hotel you can stay at with confidence.

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was bright, and the spacious bath on the second floor was never crowded. The meals also featured local specialties, and I was very satisfied. The Room felt a bit small, but the price was reasonable, so I was happy with it.

With this visit, I have successfully completed my fourth stay and have now visited all four venues included in the “Gastronomy Plan.” Once again, I was deeply impressed by the quality of the cuisine served at each restaurant—starting with Sushi Shunbi Nishikawa—as well as by the warm yet professional hospitality shown by the Hotel staff. It is rare not only in the Tokai region but even across Japan to find a place where such an exceptional range of dining experiences can be enjoyed within a single Hotel. Through this culinary journey, one thought stood out strongly: this Hotel has more than enough potential to become the world’s only property to house four Michelin-starred restaurants under one roof. Not only was the staff’s service excellent, but the breakfast was delicious, and the Room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax. We planned to visit Nagoya Castle the next day, and even after checking out, they kindly stored our luggage until the very last minute! It made for a wonderful trip. Thank you very much!

We stayed with three adults. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom, toilet, and washbasin were separate, making it convenient and comfortable. We could refill room-temperature water, cold water, and hot water at any time from the water dispenser in front of the elevator. We would like to stay here again.

Having a sauna in the room is a real highlight—you can use it as many times as you like, whenever it suits you, without worrying about the time. Self löyly is available, and because you can adjust the temperature and humidity to your preference, I was able to work up a good sweat. Sauna-specific amenities such as sauna hats and ponchos are not provided. If you plan to use the sauna, I recommend bringing your own from home. The flow to the cold bath and relaxation area is smooth, and I was able to enjoy a calm, private experience. Breakfast was carefully prepared and thoughtfully presented—stylish in appearance and enjoyable visually as well. The seasoning was well balanced and made the most of the ingredients’ natural flavors. The portion size was just right, too. I could enjoy a delicious breakfast at a relaxed pace. Being able to check in in advance on my smartphone felt very efficient, making arrival procedures quick and smooth with on-screen steps. The Hotel’s location is conveniently close to the downtown area, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding dinner isn’t an issue. I think this Hotel is ideal for anyone who wants to spend quiet time at their own pace.

Conveniently located near Nagoya Station, making it very easy to get around. The lobby is spacious and very clean. Check-in went smoothly with helpful support from the front desk staff. The Room was a double on a high floor. The shower booth and toilet were separate, and the showerhead and hair dryer were ReFa—very satisfying. The breakfast buffet also featured Nagoya specialties, which I really enjoyed. Thank you very much.

Directly connected to the station, so getting around is smooth. It’s a unit bath, but it was more spacious than I expected, and I enjoyed all the Mirable features. Breakfast offers a wide variety, including local specialties, so there were lots of things I wanted to try. I debated going for Nagoya’s famous morning set, but the Hotel buffet was very delicious. It also helps that breakfast is available from 6:30. The parking lot is a little hard to find. It’s not that there are no affiliated options, and even if in-and-out access isn’t allowed, considering it’s right by the station, I think it can’t be helped. When I visit Nagoya again, I’d like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

This was my first time staying at a capsule Hotel. I wasn’t sure what to expect and felt a bit anxious, but I was very satisfied. The large public bath, hot stone spa, and free drinks were much better services than at a Business Hotel. I also enjoyed the morning curry and the evening ochazuke, ramen, and alcohol. There were various toppings for the ochazuke, and I felt it would be nice to have onigiri as well. I wish there had been nori. I forgot my phone charger, but I was able to borrow one at the front desk, which really helped. We stayed as a couple this time, but since we could spend time together in the lounge, we had no problems at all. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

The coffee machine included cocoa (and café mocha), which was delicious. It was very enjoyable. The bathroom and washroom were spacious and easy to use. The bedding was slightly on the softer side. It was a wonderful Hotel that makes me want to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality.

This was my first stay, and it was a wonderful Hotel. I accidentally made a Reservation for a smoking Room, but at check-in the staff immediately explained that they could deodorize it if needed, which put me at ease. Still, we don’t smoke, so I was worried it might bother us—but when we got to the Room, there was no noticeable smell at all, and we had a very comfortable stay. The IKYU Plan Diamond benefits were included, and we even received a Room upgrade (honestly not something I expected), which was a pleasant surprise. On top of that, sparkling wine and late check-out were also included—truly appreciated. The Room was comfortable, and the service felt properly attentive in the way you’d expect from a long-established Hotel. There are bell staff as well, and these days it’s rare to find in-room phones that connect easily to the front desk. The Hotel is spacious too—I feel this kind of classic Hotel experience is becoming quite precious. There are several restaurants in the Hotel, all with an upscale atmosphere. Next time I’d like to dine on-site. There’s also a bakery—exceptionally delicious without being overpriced—and they have pastries and cakes as well, so it was hard to choose. In the lobby café there was live music—it felt truly luxurious. I also appreciated the morning newspaper delivery service. On the front desk floor there are plenty of spacious sofa seats for guests to use freely. They offer complimentary drink service including excellent coffee; you can pick up books from the shelves and read them slowly on soft sofas—I found it very relaxing. It was Sunday with many weddings taking place, and seeing brides as well made me happy. I heard this historic Hotel has welcomed many distinguished guests in the past, and I could really feel how much effort goes into maintaining such high standards in every aspect—service quality included. As uniquely Japanese hospitality continues to fade with changing times, this Hotel stood out as truly exceptional. I would love to visit again. We stayed as a family of four at the beginning of the year. We arrived by car, and as soon as we pulled up to the underground parking drop-off area, we were promptly guided and had our luggage taken care of. The luggage was brought to our Room immediately after we entered. The process was very smooth, allowing us to check in with peace of mind. The staff's service throughout our stay was polite and attentive, making our experience very pleasant. Thank you so much. The sunset view from the Room was incredibly beautiful. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

It was close to the station, making it easy to get around. There were many shops nearby, which was very convenient. I was happy that the amenities included cooling leg sheets, MegRhythm steam eye masks, and a face mask! As I had seen in other Reviews, breakfast was very satisfying. The staff at the breakfast venue were also polite and left a good impression. Overall I’m satisfied, but what disappointed me was that someone entered the large public bath with a bath towel wrapped around them and then wrung it out in the tub when leaving. It felt unhygienic, but since there are no posted bath manners/rules in foreign languages, I suppose it can’t be helped. I would like to stay here again.

The natural Onsen on the second floor offers gentle water that warms you from within, and the 100-degree sauna was thoroughly enjoyable. Complimentary lactic acid drinks are available until 10 AM, and free late-night ramen is served from 9:30 PM to 11 PM—thoughtful touches that add delight. Each guest room has individual air conditioning controls rather than central air conditioning, allowing for comfort even after enjoying the Onsen by using cooling or fan settings during warmer moments. Breakfast includes dishes like Hitsumabushi (grilled eel over rice), with clear maps introducing nearby morning spots and restaurants—helpful for dining out. Additionally, laundry service is highly convenient for business travelers; items requested by 9 AM are ready by 7 PM on the same day at reasonable prices, including well-pressed shirts and undergarments. Overall, this Hotel offers attentive services throughout your stay for a truly comfortable experience.

Because we had reserved lunch at the same Hotel, we arrived before check-in, but they allowed us to check in early and even delivered our luggage to our Room. Lunch was excellent in both quality and atmosphere. Next time, I would like to stay here with my husband.

It’s conveniently close to the station and very affordable, which was a big help. The greeting at the front desk left a great impression, and although the building is a bit old, everything was very clean. The bed was also comfortable and easy to sit on at just the right height, so I was able to relax pleasantly. The amenities such as shampoo were also good. However, when I entered the Room it was very hot, the window wouldn’t budge at all, and it seemed like I couldn’t adjust the air conditioning individually, which felt a bit stifling. If only I could open the window even 1 cm… Still, it was a very good Hotel, so I’d like to stay here again when I visit Nagoya. Next time I’d also like to stop by the izakaya in the basement. A hotel adjacent to a large-scale super sento. There are exclusive pathways and changing rooms for guests, and it was convenient not having to bring towels. The Japanese-modern room feels like a business hotel with tatami flooring, but since the focus is on the bath, it was very comfortable not needing to wear slippers (only required in elevators and hallways). The view is also beautiful. The hotel building's front desk has a lounge where you can enjoy coffee, and along with the mentioned changing rooms, it felt like they truly value their guests. The staff were kind as well. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. There’s an omelet station where they make fresh omelets, but I was quietly delighted by the addition of sunny-side-up eggs too. I used to stay at accommodations near Nagoya Station or Sakae during business trips, but Kasadera is close to Nagoya and offers this amusement-like experience which I really enjoyed. I was able to use the Onsen even late at night. It was also available from early in the morning, so I could relax. Breakfast was a buffet, so I didn’t expect much, but it was very delicious with a wide variety of dishes, and I was very satisfied. Considering the accommodation cost, it felt truly affordable—my wife was happy too and couldn’t believe it was really this price. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

With an excellent location right in front of Osu Kannon and close to the shopping arcade, we really enjoyed our stay. The subway station is also nearby, so we parked the car at a partnered parking lot close by and used the train to get around for sightseeing in the city. In the evening, we had dinner at an izakaya called “Ouma no Oyako,” recommended by the front desk; it had a wide variety of dishes, all delicious and reasonably priced. The bath was a large public bath with water from Tsukioka Onsen in Niigata, and it warmed us up nicely. We chose a plan with breakfast and even had steak in the morning—overall a very satisfying stay, and we would like to use this Accommodation again.
