We chose a Plan for our wedding anniversary stay that included lounge access and a Hotel coupon worth JPY 5,000 per person. Since the coupon required charges to be posted to the Room, we first checked in at the Executive Lounge (the lounge). With the staff’s kind help, they made a Reservation for Szechwan Restaurant Chen (Chen), and once our table was secured we headed there for lunch. The staff also delivered our luggage to our Room—much appreciated. In the meantime, we were thrilled to catch a faint view of Mt. Fuji from the lounge. At check-in, the lounge staff congratulated us on our anniversary and gave us celebratory sweets, which was another lovely touch. They also informed Chen about our anniversary, so we even received a surprise message plate from the restaurant—an amazing start before we had even entered our Room. After returning to our Room and relaxing for a while, we went back to the lounge again. It was close to 4:00 p.m., so it wasn’t too crowded; we were shown to the seat we wanted and enjoyed dessert and drinks before heading back up feeling completely satisfied. Our Room was on a high floor with luxurious views of Docomo Tower, Tokyo Skytree, and Tokyo Tower all at once, so we fully enjoyed the city scenery. Later, we made the most of cocktail time and nightcap service in the lounge. There was an excellent variety of both drinks and food—enough to serve as dinner. The bathroom is combined with the toilet area, so it wasn’t really a place to unwind in a long bath; however, the night view was beautiful and complimentary drinks in the refrigerator kept us comfortable in our Room. Housekeeping was thorough, and the bed was very comfortable. For breakfast, I chose Sakuraoka’s yudofu set with natto served with freshly cooked rice in an individual pot. The tofu portion was easy to finish quickly, while the natto beans were surprisingly large and very satisfying. Both were delicious. Thanks to my IKYU Diamond member benefits (a rate service), we took it easy until 1:00 p.m., spending time between our Room, the lounge, and The Cerulean Lounge on level LB before checking out at the lounge. It has been a long time since I stayed at such a well-serviced Hotel—I’m glad we chose The Cerulean. I’d be happy to stay again if I have another chance. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Although it’s close to the station, it was very quiet and we were able to relax. The bedding was especially comfortable, and we slept very well.

I returned after a one-month break. Perhaps helped by the fact that most guests are international, I felt this is a truly cosmopolitan Hotel, with its atmosphere, variety of restaurants, in-house art, and the attentive service from the staff. This time my Room had a different layout and different types of chairs, and I was impressed by how much that alone can change the overall feel. I enjoyed social time, dinner, breakfast the next morning, and lunch—using all of the restaurants except the bar—and each had its own unique character. Overall, it’s a very enjoyable Hotel to stay at. Thank you very much again for such a wonderful time. I would love to visit again.

Thank you for taking care of us during our stay. It was close to Nishi-Shinjuku, which was convenient for elderly guests. The Room was bright, the TV was large, and the bed was very comfortable, so we had a pleasant stay. We had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor, and all the staff were very attentive, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing meal. Breakfast also offered a great variety; the Japanese dishes were delicious, and the freshly cooked pancakes were unique and tasty as well. This is a Hotel we would like to visit again when we come to Tokyo. Thank you again for your hospitality.

This was my repeat stay. With Hotel prices in Tokyo soaring across the board, I was able to stay at a slightly better rate at just the right time. The limousine bus from Haneda Airport is convenient, and it’s also relatively close to the station, which makes getting around easy. Given the Shinjuku location, there is some noise such as ambulances, but with earplugs I was able to sleep quietly enough. All of the front desk staff were very helpful, and I had a comfortable stay. This time I forgot my Apple Watch charger, and when I asked at the front desk they kindly lent me one. Thank you very much. This is a Hotel I would like to use again in the future.

Located right in front of Koenji Station in an area with many great restaurants, the staff were professional and courteous, and their service—on par with a luxury Hotel—made me feel very at ease. At a reasonable price, with excellent amenities and a comfortable Room, I plan to stay only here when visiting Tokyo from now on.

The Room layout we used this time was very efficient and easy to use, and it felt more spacious than the listed floor area. The bathtub was also deep, allowing for a relaxing soak. In addition, by raising the screen, you can enjoy an open view-bath atmosphere, and I felt it was very thoughtfully designed. Also, for a Room of this size to have a separate bath and toilet, that was another point worth praising. The amenities were well stocked, and with the large windows and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building right in front of us, the projection mapping program that starts in the evening was beautiful and fascinating, and we really enjoyed it. The lounge also had great views, with a wide variety of sweets and drinks on offer, which we were happy with, and the room service meals were delicious as well. Because the Room was so comfortable, we used room service, and enjoyed dinner while watching the projection mapping. This is a Hotel we would definitely like to visit again.

I always enjoy staying here. The balance of transportation access, nearby shopping, Room, and Facility is excellent and convenient, making it very comfortable. If I may make a request, it would be great to have instant drip coffee bags available at the service counter near the entrance for guests who want to take them back to their Room in the morning.

The JR exit has changed, and it’s now a bit farther from the station, but there are elevators and escalators, so you can move around easily with luggage without worrying about steps. The front desk staff are kind, the Room is clean, and for staying in the Shibuya area, this is the place to choose.

Thank you for your hospitality. I made a Reservation because I couldn’t rest right away after moving. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and having a washing machine was fantastic. I was able to relax in the roomy bathroom where I could stretch out, and then sleep soundly. For breakfast, the two of us tried both the Japanese-style and Western-style options, and everything was delicious. Thank you very much. I’d love to stay again!

We stayed as a group of three women, and the Room was clean and very nice. The toilet, sink, and bathroom were all in one Room, which was clean and beautiful, but having a separate toilet might have been better. However, it worked out fine for the three of us. The front desk staff were all kind and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed our meal in a glass-walled restaurant with greenery views; the food was delicious, allowing us to relax comfortably. The access is also very convenient. We would love to stay again!

I arrived on the morning of 2/28, and you kindly stored my luggage and even completed the check-in procedures in advance. The front desk staff was so friendly, playful, and kind that I felt at ease—it somehow reminded me of my mom. Thank you very much for your attentive service! I had a Single Room Multiple Night Stay Reservation for that day, but you guided me to an available room on the ladies-only floor, which truly made my day. Maybe because it was a corner room, it was incredibly quiet and comfortable—I was shocked at how different it felt! It was the first time I’ve ever slept soundly until morning. From now on, I’m going to Reserve the ladies-only floor! The ReFa shower felt so good I wanted to stay in there forever, and the massage in the relaxation room was amazing…! I ended up fully enjoying your kindness and felt completely blissed out. Just one thing: during my stay, the air conditioner kept switching between fan mode and heating. One moment I’d think “It’s cold,” then “It’s warm”… I assume it adjusts to the temperature, but maybe it just happened by chance—at night it sometimes blew cool air and felt chilly. Still, I warmed up by moving around in the Room, so it wasn’t a problem. I honestly thought from the bottom of my heart that I want to live at Route Inn Asagaya.

The Room had basic amenities and was clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options in a buffet style, allowing you to eat as much as you like. The food was also delicious.

I stayed here for the first time because it seemed to offer the best access for taking the Keio Line early the next morning. The weather on my stay was stormy, but it was very close to JR’s New South Exit, which was great. The Diamond member early check-in benefit was a huge help in such bad weather! The Room felt historic yet was very clean. It was compact and comfortable. There’s also a convenience store on the first floor, which is handy. The view from the upper floors was wonderful. The next morning after the rain stopped, I could even see a beautiful Mt. Fuji. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Shinjuku, and I’d also like to try the meals next time. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

I used this hotel for the first time for a concert trip. The large public bath and sauna were clean and very refreshing. Although I couldn't use them this time, I look forward to enjoying the meals, lounge, and late-night ramen service next time.

Ever since my stay on the first day after the renovation, I’ve been looking forward to coming back. This time I stayed in a Room equivalent to the previous Corner View Room, but it feels quite different now. While clearly showing how much it has evolved, I still fully enjoyed the timeless PHT highlights—NYG lunch, the pool, room service, and NY Bar. The familiar staff welcomed me with the same warm smiles as always, and I’m truly grateful! Also, the Ruinart included as an IKYU Diamond benefit was fantastic!

Recently, my mother stayed with a relative at the accommodation. While the facility was not brand new, it was clean, spacious, and offered a quiet room without any noise from the road. She initially found the pillow in the room too low but discovered extra pillows available for borrowing near the elevator, which was very helpful. She also appreciated receiving amenities like bath additives and face masks at the front desk. It seems she had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Although it is located slightly away from the station, access to the main building through an underground passage during bad weather was convenient. Having a convenience store on the first floor of the main building was also very handy. We would love to stay again!

Stayed for one night due to an unexpected work assignment the next day, and it was quiet and comfortable.

It is accessible by bus from Shinjuku South Exit, about a 15-minute walk. There is a convenience store inside the hotel, making it very convenient. I took a walk around the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building area on foot. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is also convenient.
