Hotel Crown Hills Goi (BBH Hotel Group)

We stayed one night in a connecting Room with 2 adults and 2 children. The bed width was 140 cm, and it wasn’t too cramped even when sleeping with the children. They also provided slippers for the kids, which we really appreciated.There is only one chair in the Room, so I’m glad we added breakfast. (You could probably eat in the Room, but there isn’t much space.)

Our family of three stayed in a double-bed connecting Room.We usually book a triple, so this was our first time using connecting Rooms, but having two toilets was far more convenient than we expected.Even when the kids wanted to watch different TV programs, they could each watch their own without arguing (lol).It made us think connecting Rooms are a great option.The Hotel seemed new and was very clean, and housekeeping also felt thorough.Considering the price, breakfast was more than sufficient.It’s also close to the station, so our stay was very comfortable.One issue: I did inform the Hotel, but the card key for the women’s large public bath did not work, and my daughter and I ended up locked inside.There was no phone in the changing area to contact anyone, and we had left our smartphones in the Room, so it was very stressful.Fortunately, another guest with a Reservation arrived next and we were able to get out as they entered—but it was frightening to think what could have happened if no one had come.Please ensure card keys are checked. Also, for future safety, please consider installing a phone in the changing area.For example, someone could feel unwell there; being fully locked indoors with no way to contact staff is something that should be improved.
