N HOTEL

This is my second stay. The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the bathroom is spacious with a stylish design.The bed and sofa are wonderful, and having a water dispenser is also a great touch.I will definitely stay again!

When I left the Room selection up to the Hotel, I was assigned a French Gothic Room. The Room size and amenities, including the jacuzzi bath, were especially good, and I was able to relax. The Hotel staff member at check-in was a man, and at check-out it was a woman. Both were kind and helpful, but the female staff member at check-out in particular responded to my questions politely and thoroughly, which made me want to stay again. One slightly disappointing point: right after entering the Room, the door of the box used to receive room service items without speaking directly with staff was damaged. The wooden door was scraped, exposing the lighter wood underneath. Since it was right by the entrance, it felt like a shame because the rest of the Room was wonderful. Also, this is minor, but there were spots where dust had accumulated around some of the hinge areas on doors inside the Room, which bothered me.
