Hyper Inn Takamatsu Ekimae

I stayed here to participate in the Kagawa Marathon. The Hotel is in an excellent location, about 500 m from the venue.My plan was No Meals Included, so I can’t comment on the food, but there’s a convenience store right in front, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly.Since it was the day before the marathon, nearby hotels were fully booked, and there were no non-smoking Room options here either, so I had no choice but to use a smoking Room.The smell in the Room and from the air conditioner did bother me, but once I got into bed I was able to rest well.I hope to stay again next year—next time in a non-smoking Room.

Close to the station and easy to find thanks to the red sign. The twin Room felt spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also convenient, with side dishes served in small bowls for easy serving, and each item was delicious. The only downside was that the air conditioner only had high/low settings; on high it was quite loud, and I couldn’t adjust the airflow direction, which felt a bit outdated these days.
