Natural Hot Spring Mikumi no Yu Super Hotel Gotenba 1st Building

Stayed at the accommodation after attending a festival at Lake Yamanaka. Despite the possibility of arriving past midnight due to traffic, the staff provided kind and accommodating service over the phone—thank you! The room was clean, and I slept soundly until morning. (The blackout screen was so effective that it felt like nighttime even in the morning!) Breakfast was delicious, and the large public bath had soothing water that relieved my fatigue. I had confirmed in advance that room wear wasn’t provided, so I brought my own without any issues. I would love to stay here again if given the chance!

I stayed for business purposes. The bath was on a gender-swapping schedule, and since I had to leave very early the next day, I could only use the bathtub in my Room due to time constraints, which was a bit disappointing. The Room was clean and I had no particular complaints, but I couldn't sleep because laughter from the neighboring Room kept coming through. After contacting the reception, it quieted down after a while and I was able to sleep soundly. Overall, the reception staff were helpful and it was generally a good Hotel.
