All the staff, the meals, and the welcome drink service were truly wonderful.Because the bath is time-slot based, it was marked as crowded the whole time. Even after waiting until the last possible minute, the crowded sign never disappeared, so I decided to go anyway. However, there are only a few washing stations, and when someone was waiting behind me I felt rushed and couldn’t relax. If it’s like this on a weekday, I wonder if it gets even more crowded on weekends or holidays?Still, the staff’s pleasant greetings and kind check-ins made me feel very welcome, and I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much!

Since I can’t sleep with a high pillow, I really appreciated being able to choose from various pillows. The Room was a compact twin (bunk bed), so it felt a bit small and the lighting seemed somewhat dim. If you’re just sleeping, I don’t think it’s a problem, though…The bath uses an alternating schedule for men and women. I was able to make it back in time to use it, but the women’s hours are short, so if you return late you may not be able to enjoy the Onsen. The bath itself is small, and there were times when people had to line up at the washing area, but it was still nice since it’s an Onsen. Breakfast was delicious across the board, and I was satisfied from the morning. I’d like to stay again next time, but I hope I can book a regular twin Room.
