Okunikko Yumoto Onsen Okunikko Kogen Hotel

It was my first stay in a while. The Accommodation Fee was very reasonable, and the relaxing Plan I tried for the first time was wonderful—I could truly take it easy. I really hope you continue offering it! This time, in addition to the amenity set, there were also two small towels. The plastic bag for taking items to the large public bath was easy to use and much appreciated. As always, the Onsen was excellent. The indoor bath Facility feels a bit dated, but the open-air bath is clean. I love this Onsen because you can fully enjoy a range of colors—green, milky green, and cloudy white. I’m sure rising ingredient costs make meals challenging, but we were very satisfied and left completely full. Drinks are now ordered via mobile phone, which feels very current. We were also given an outward-facing Room, and I appreciated being able to open the window after bathing to stay comfortable in the humid heat. The staff were all pleasant as well, and we hope to return every year. It was an Accommodation that my elderly mother and aunt were also very happy with.

We stayed with our child and dog, and because our Room was in a separate building, it was very quiet. We were able to relax without worrying about the surroundings.Both the facilities and the Room were clean, and our child and dog were comfortable—we were very satisfied.The Onsen was excellent, and the meals were delicious and generous in portion size, making for a highly satisfying experience.However, the children’s menu felt somewhat geared toward adults, so it seemed a bit difficult for our 4-year-old daughter to eat.Also, we felt the Wi-Fi connection was somewhat unstable (possibly due to being in a separate building).As there was no rental equipment such as a dog crate/cage, we recommend bringing any necessary items with you.Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and it became a wonderful memory for our whole family. We would definitely like to stay again.
