Smile Hotel Nihombashi Mitsukoshimae

This is my third stay, as I have returned for the great location and hospitality since my previous visit. The amenities are well stocked, from makeup remover to skincare, and the Hotel staff are very courteous, making it a place where you can stay with peace of mind. It is especially quiet at night, and close to COREDO and Mitsukoshi, with the Ginza Line subway nearby as well. Only smoking Rooms were available, but when I requested a non-smoking Room despite knowing it might be difficult, they kindly accommodated my request. The Room was comfortable and Wi-Fi worked well. I would like to stay again.

I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as receiving a complimentary bottle of water and having a coffee machine and cold barley tea available in the lobby. One disappointing issue was that when I drained the bathtub, hot water suddenly poured out from under the sink, which was alarming. The bath mat also got soaked, so on the second day I only used the shower.
