Higashiyama Onsen Maple Plaza

Located in a quiet mountain setting, you can enjoy snow views from the open-air bath during winter. The staff were approachable and created a welcoming atmosphere. When I took out my medicine during the meal, they immediately brought water to the table, saying, "If you're taking medicine, let me prepare some water for you." If possible, I would have appreciated having coffee served at the table after meals, even for an additional charge. Also, switching the men's and women's baths on alternating days could double the enjoyment for guests. Thank you for your hospitality. I look forward to staying here again!

When my wife took a bath before dinner, she slipped and fell in the bathhouse, hitting the back of her head. We are deeply grateful to the staff and other guests who helped her. Thank you very much. She has a large bump, but she is okay for now. My wife has poor eyesight, and we wanted to thank the guest who helped her, but we couldn't recognize their face, so we apologize for the oversight. The staff also kindly prepared ice water for us, and we truly appreciate their care. The dinner was of better quality and quantity than expected, and we enjoyed it very much (breakfast was slightly lacking, but considering the price, we can't complain). The Room was clean and comfortable.
