Convenient location, sufficient Facility, a little more hospitality

A Stays that has been beautifully renovated from a traditional townhouse. I used it during the cold season at the end of the year, and it was not cold at all, perhaps due to its high airtightness and effective heating. Of course, there were no broken air conditioners or TVs, as they were properly repaired (lol). There is also a kitchen with a large refrigerator, and although there are few, there are dishes and cutlery, which is convenient. However, I thought the lack of a place to wash used dishes and the absence of cloths for wiping them dry showed a lack of imagination from the Property provider regarding kitchen use. There are no kitchen towels or towel racks either. Although cleaning was done properly, I thought it was questionable that towels were only provided for one night even when staying for two nights, without any discount. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Shijo Kawaramachi, the center of Kyoto. Personally, I liked the many restaurants around Sanjo, which is a slightly more relaxed area, so I was very pleased with that. Check-in and check-out are completed by self-service following instructions sent via short message, which is convenient. Questions can also be asked via short message and are answered immediately.
