Hoshino Resorts Risonare Osaka

Stayed here for easy access to the Osaka Expo by taxi, as it is located close to the venue. The room was spacious and stylishly designed! I would have been satisfied even if it cost twice as much, haha. The amenities and facilities for children were well-equipped, making it a great choice for families!

We stayed for one night and two days as a family. Atelier: It was an exciting space where we could freely use various materials, including some we encountered for the first time. It’s perfect for children who enjoy crafting, though it might feel a bit lacking for those who prefer more active play. Our child enjoyed the one-hour program. The staff provided support during activities, but there seemed to be differences in their level of engagement with children (some made eye contact and responded warmly, while others passed by without expression). Guest Room: Being able to take off our shoes inside was convenient. We didn’t use the water dispenser as it felt inconvenient. Service (Hotel Response): After reading other reviews, I felt a bit anxious but did not experience any discomfort during our stay. However, when I requested bed guards via email beforehand, I didn’t receive a clear answer on whether they would be available or not—only that "as these are limited items, availability may depend on the situation." This left me unsure if prior reservation was possible until the day of check-in (fortunately, they were installed successfully).
