This was my first time staying here. The Room, meals, and service were all perfect. In particular, the staff were kind and attentive, helping with everything from local sightseeing information to making dining reservations. I would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Conveniently located near Nagoya Station, making it very easy to get around. The lobby is spacious and very clean. Check-in went smoothly with helpful support from the front desk staff. The Room was a double on a high floor. The shower booth and toilet were separate, and the showerhead and hair dryer were ReFa—very satisfying. The breakfast buffet also featured Nagoya specialties, which I really enjoyed. Thank you very much.

This is always a clean and wonderful Hotel. I haven’t had lunch here, but it always looks delicious. I avoid it because I tend to overeat. For business travelers, it’s a Hotel you can stay at with confidence.

I’ve stayed here three times—twice in a twin room and once in a double—and I’ve been satisfied every time. It’s close to the station, making it very convenient for dining out and shopping, yet the hotel itself is quiet and relaxing. The bed firmness suits my preference and feels comfortable on my body even while lying down, and the bathroom is spacious enough to stretch out and soak in the tub. The female staff member at the front desk also had a wonderful smile. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Nagoya.

Because we had reserved lunch at the same Hotel, we arrived before check-in, but they allowed us to check in early and even delivered our luggage to our Room. Lunch was excellent in both quality and atmosphere. Next time, I would like to stay here with my husband.

We stayed as a parent and child the night before an entrance exam. The room and the unit bath were very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. Although it was along a main road, we couldn’t hear any noise, so it was peaceful. This time, we were able to stay in the ANNEX building that was featured on TV, and since it was such a nice Hotel, it became a wonderful memory for us. I hope my exam results are successful! I’ve always stayed at a Hotel directly above the station in Nagoya, but this time—during the F1 period—it was fully booked, so I stayed here for the first time. It’s a bit of a walk from Nagoya Station, but not an issue at all. There are countless restaurants along the way, so I strolled around, had dinner, and then checked in. The Room may look small in terms of square meters, but “compact and well-designed” is a more accurate description than “cramped.” Since it was a corner Room, the view was excellent. The bath area, washbasin area, and toilet are all separate, which made it very convenient to use. Charging cables were provided on both sides of the bed, and other thoughtful Facilities were perfectly arranged—everything you might need was covered. The bathtub is slightly small (though there is also a large public bath), but it’s well within an acceptable range. Both the Room and public areas are modern and spotless. The elevators require key access as well, which adds to the sense of security. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with nothing to complain about. I was surprised by the F1 pricing this time, but their regular rates are very reasonable—an outstanding value Hotel overall. Highly recommended.

This was my second visit to Nagoya and my first time staying at this Hotel. The welcome drink, amenities, and IC lockers were all easy to use, making my stay very comfortable.

As a devoted fan, I wholeheartedly support your uncompromising pursuit of excellence. Please achieve this unprecedented milestone from ESPACIO Nagoya before the rest of the world takes notice. This was my first stay, and it was a wonderful Hotel. I accidentally made a Reservation for a smoking Room, but at check-in the staff immediately explained that they could deodorize it if needed, which put me at ease. Still, we don’t smoke, so I was worried it might bother us—but when we got to the Room, there was no noticeable smell at all, and we had a very comfortable stay. The IKYU Plan Diamond benefits were included, and we even received a Room upgrade (honestly not something I expected), which was a pleasant surprise. On top of that, sparkling wine and late check-out were also included—truly appreciated. The Room was comfortable, and the service felt properly attentive in the way you’d expect from a long-established Hotel. There are bell staff as well, and these days it’s rare to find in-room phones that connect easily to the front desk. The Hotel is spacious too—I feel this kind of classic Hotel experience is becoming quite precious. There are several restaurants in the Hotel, all with an upscale atmosphere. Next time I’d like to dine on-site. There’s also a bakery—exceptionally delicious without being overpriced—and they have pastries and cakes as well, so it was hard to choose. In the lobby café there was live music—it felt truly luxurious. I also appreciated the morning newspaper delivery service. On the front desk floor there are plenty of spacious sofa seats for guests to use freely. They offer complimentary drink service including excellent coffee; you can pick up books from the shelves and read them slowly on soft sofas—I found it very relaxing. It was Sunday with many weddings taking place, and seeing brides as well made me happy. I heard this historic Hotel has welcomed many distinguished guests in the past, and I could really feel how much effort goes into maintaining such high standards in every aspect—service quality included. As uniquely Japanese hospitality continues to fade with changing times, this Hotel stood out as truly exceptional. I would love to visit again. We stayed with three adults. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom, toilet, and washbasin were separate, making it convenient and comfortable. We could refill room-temperature water, cold water, and hot water at any time from the water dispenser in front of the elevator. We would like to stay here again.

Not only was the staff’s service excellent, but the breakfast was delicious, and the Room was clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax. We planned to visit Nagoya Castle the next day, and even after checking out, they kindly stored our luggage until the very last minute! It made for a wonderful trip. Thank you very much!

Great value, yet the service is excellent, the Room is very clean, the amenities are plentiful, and the location is perfect. When I go to Nagoya, I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than Garland, and I often decide my trip based on Room availability at Garland. I’ll be back in autumn, and next time I’m planning a three-night Multiple Night Stay.

The Room was spacious, and the bathroom also had plenty of space, allowing for a comfortable stay. It was great to watch online streaming content on the TV. The breakfast was delicious as well.

I booked this book Hotel because I wanted to stay there. During the day, it seemed that some people were visiting as day guests, so the bookstore had many people, but it was quiet. The staff at the front desk/cafe were all polite and pleasant. The Room is compact, but it was enough for one person to relax. Amenities are kept to a minimum by concept, so please bring your own skincare and cosmetics such as face wash. For breakfast, you choose two burgers from several menu options, and a drink is included. It was delicious. It felt like there were many international travelers. I’d like to visit again even just to use the bookstore.

With an excellent location right in front of Osu Kannon and close to the shopping arcade, we really enjoyed our stay. The subway station is also nearby, so we parked the car at a partnered parking lot close by and used the train to get around for sightseeing in the city. In the evening, we had dinner at an izakaya called “Ouma no Oyako,” recommended by the front desk; it had a wide variety of dishes, all delicious and reasonably priced. The bath was a large public bath with water from Tsukioka Onsen in Niigata, and it warmed us up nicely. We chose a plan with breakfast and even had steak in the morning—overall a very satisfying stay, and we would like to use this Accommodation again.

This was my first time staying at a capsule Hotel. I wasn’t sure what to expect and felt a bit anxious, but I was very satisfied. The large public bath, hot stone spa, and free drinks were much better services than at a Business Hotel. I also enjoyed the morning curry and the evening ochazuke, ramen, and alcohol. There were various toppings for the ochazuke, and I felt it would be nice to have onigiri as well. I wish there had been nori. I forgot my phone charger, but I was able to borrow one at the front desk, which really helped. We stayed as a couple this time, but since we could spend time together in the lounge, we had no problems at all. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

As long as you understand that this is a training Accommodation and not a Hotel, I think you can stay at a great value and be very satisfied. The parking lot is shared with the Facility, but being free and allowing unlimited entry/exit was the reason I chose this place. Check-in was quick and easy—since I made an online Reservation, there was no need to fill in my address, name, or phone number—and check-out only required inserting the key. It was stress-free and excellent. The large public bath in the basement was shared with the sports gym, but since it was closed that day, it felt like having it all to myself and I could relax. Breakfast had plenty of food and variety, and it was delicious. One minor downside was that the bed springs were quite firm and not to my taste, though that will depend on personal preference.

The Hotel was clean, and the check-in service was courteous, so I was very satisfied. I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagoya.
