I stayed during the rainy season. The parking lot is a bit far, and the entrance is narrow, so I had to be careful. However, depending on the parking space, it was convenient for loading and unloading luggage. The first floor serves as an entrance area with a convenience store attached, which was very helpful for any last-minute needs. The reception counter is on the second floor, where breakfast is also served. Welcome drinks are available at certain times with a wide variety to choose from. Although I accidentally spilled some in the elevator while deciding what to pick, the staff quickly provided cleaning supplies and assisted me promptly. The breakfast area is small, so securing seats was challenging for families. However, it was great to enjoy local specialties like Nara's famous persimmon leaf sushi and Narazuke pickles. Even with small children in tow, we found the room very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a Room with a loft bed that allowed our family to relax comfortably. The location is very close to the station. We were able to park slightly earlier (with an additional fee) and go sightseeing by train conveniently. There are izakayas and stylish restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, so finding dinner options wasn’t an issue at all. Umbrella rentals were available as well; we borrowed one for dinner outings at night without worrying about dealing with wet umbrellas upon returning to our Room. The Hotel is located on lively Sanjo Street, close to JR Nara Station. Getting to Kintetsu Nara Station is also enjoyable, as you can walk through the shopping arcade and browse various shops. Kofuku-ji Temple and Nara Park are easy to find—just head east along Sanjo Street—making it a great base for sightseeing. The Hotel is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. With supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, it’s very convenient, and I would like to stay here again when visiting Nara.

My wife and I stayed for one night at Shisui, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nara. The staff were consistently welcoming, and the meals were delicious with a health-conscious feel. The Room was elegantly furnished, and the in-room Onsen felt wonderfully warming to the core. One small point was that the room temperature was slightly high; having a way to ventilate a little would make the stay even more comfortable. Also, since the Room is spacious, it would be helpful to have space to open suitcases or a foldable luggage rack. In addition, considering the room rate, I felt that more substantial complimentary amenities would further enhance satisfaction. Overall, we were very satisfied, and I think this is a Hotel I can recommend as a place to stay in Nara.

We stayed for one night as a family of four after returning from USJ. First, we checked in around 9 PM, and the floor heating was on, making it warm and very appreciated. The abundance of complimentary welcome sweets, drinks, and amenities made us feel the hospitality, which was delightful. The building is a well-renovated old house, so you can feel traces of the past here and there, but the simple and tasteful design and interior allowed us to have a very pleasant stay. The highlight is the location, about a 5-minute walk to Todai-ji Temple, and you can also see the Great Buddha Hall of Todai-ji from the second floor. The luxury of being able to take a leisurely walk to Todai-ji during the early morning when there are fewer tourists is unique to this place. Overall, we were satisfied, but I would like to mention two points we noticed. The barrel sauna, which we were looking forward to, was quite good, but there was only one wooden bench in the relaxation space, and there were no chairs with backrests or infinity chairs, which seemed like a missed opportunity. Also, we added firewood to the fireplace and lit it with the provided gas burner, but only large logs were available, and since the lid had to remain open while lighting with the burner, smoke filled the room, causing a family member with weak respiratory health to start coughing, so we closed the lid early, and the fire went out midway. It would be nice if kindling-sized wood could also be provided. If these two points could be improved, I believe it would become an even more wonderful Facility.

The open-air bath, Facility, and amenities were excellent! However, the check-in process was a bit confusing, and I still don't know the correct way to check in. It was a Hotel that makes me want to visit again.

The check-in code was sent to my reserved email on the computer at 8 a.m. on the day of arrival. I thought it was necessary to set up my mobile email as well. The parking lot is a bit far, but I am grateful that they provided a space for one car. It was raining this time, so I got wet while moving. The air conditioning was on at check-in, and it was comfortable. Thank you. According to the facilities listed on Yahoo Travel, there was no tea set, coffee server, or amenities like lotion, emulsion, or sleepwear. I was particularly troubled by the lack of sleepwear as I didn't bring any. Byodoin Temple is within walking distance, and I was able to have breakfast at a nearby shop and smoothly visit Byodoin from 8:30 a.m.

I used it for the first time. I got a little lost on the way to the Stays. After arriving, I was taken care of by a person with a wonderful smile, and we had a lively conversation. The overall atmosphere is calm. The meals were all delicious, filled with the chef's special touches. They also changed ingredients for allergies and confirmed before serving, which made me feel at ease. It is a Property I would like to visit again.

This unmanned facility system was initially a bit concerning, but it turned out to be very convenient and stress-free. Although I was hesitant about sending a photo of my face via email beforehand, entering the code sent by email at the entrance and room worked perfectly as a key replacement. The location is excellent, right by Sarusawa Pond. However, it's unfortunate that the frosted glass windows prevent you from enjoying the view of the pond from the room. I knew in advance that pajamas were not provided, so I brought my own and didn't expect much else in terms of amenities. However, the room was well-equipped with a microwave, bottled water, coffee, tea, and more. The room and bed were also clean. The shower water pressure in the bathroom was weak, and perhaps because it was an extremely cold day, the heating wasn't very effective. Additionally, I could hear loud footsteps from upstairs quite clearly—whether this is due to structural issues or just inconsiderate guests above remains unclear.

Thank you very much for your hospitality. We had a wonderful time. We took a morning bath and were able to relax.

The staff's service was excellent, making the stay completely stress-free. One small suggestion would be to have outlets in more accessible locations for the top bunk, as using an extension cord was a bit challenging. Overall, I am very satisfied. Thank you!

We stayed in a sunny corner Room with a great view, and thanks to the nice weather we had a wonderfully refreshing time. The night view was perfect as well. The meals were outstanding—we enjoyed fresh duck and boar with no odor at all, delicately seasoned and elegant in flavor. Breakfast also came with many small side dishes, so satisfying that you’ll want seconds of rice; I recommend the plan with both dinner and breakfast included. It seems to be an older building, but once inside it is kept very clean, with no dustiness at all. Everything is well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. The proprietress was also very kind, and I would love to see her again. If you’re sightseeing around Nara Station it may feel a bit far, but the area around this Ryokan offers wonderful views from Mt. Ikoma and lets you enjoy a different side of Nara’s scenery, so I highly recommend it.

This was my first time using this accommodation. I didn't know it was a public accommodation. The dinner was very delicious. Located in a residential area, it's perfect for sightseeing in Nara. Previously, I stayed at a business hotel, but next time I will use this accommodation again. The room's water facilities were clean, and the bedding was also spotless. The entire facility seemed well-maintained and clean. I thought all the staff members, including the restaurant staff, were wonderful. There was an adorable origami deer in the room with a message that I took home as a keepsake. It added one more great memory to my trip. Thank you very much!

Close to the station, the room was clean and comfortable. Although there is no large public bath, the shower had sufficient water pressure to make up for it, so I was satisfied. The 200cc-sized cups in the room were also a nice touch. The front desk staff provided decent service, and I would consider staying again if given the opportunity.

Both the town and the Accommodation were pleasantly quiet. Rather than a place to “enjoy the Accommodation,” it felt like a place where, through your stay, you become part of Nara. If you’re looking for an Accommodation for sightseeing in Nara, the location is convenient, so I’d like to stay here again next time. There’s nothing particularly notable about the amenities, but there was neither shortage nor excess, which I think is good.

We stayed for two nights as a group of seven for a girls' gathering. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and it turned out to be a great trip that makes us want to use it again! ○ Positive Points - The place had a clean feel overall, with a large living and dining area where everyone could enjoy video games and meals together. - UberEATS was available, and there were a supermarket and convenience store within a 3-minute walk, making it very convenient for daily needs. - Karaoke was available at any time during the allowed hours, with a wide selection of songs on JOYSOUND. - There were shower booths and bathtubs on both the first and second floors, allowing a large group to bathe smoothly. - There were three hairdryers, so even with a large number of women, there was no trouble using them after bathing. - The washing machine had a drying function, allowing us to reduce the amount of clothing we brought. However, there were a few points that caught our attention during our stay, so we rated it 4 stars, hoping for even better service. ○ Points for Improvement - There was no "laundry detergent" as listed in the amenities, so we had to purchase it ourselves. - Some of the dishes and cooking utensils stored on the shelves were somewhat dirty (such as spatulas, plates, and cutting boards). - There was a sound delay with the speakers during karaoke, making it difficult to use the microphone and rendering the precise scoring feature almost non-functional. For future guests, please consider the following: - The scale was broken, and there was no measuring cup for the rice cooker, so if you plan to cook, it might be a good idea to bring your own. - Karaoke is not available from 11 PM to 6 AM due to local regulations (there is a notice inside the accommodation).

The accommodation is conveniently located near the station, which was helpful as we visited with children on a rainy day. There are convenience stores, souvenir shops, and restaurants nearby, including some popular spots frequented by international visitors. The room was a Japanese-style room with four futons, which made it quite full but still comfortable for our stay. The large communal bath featured a cypress tub with perfect water temperature. Guests could choose their shampoo, and the facility was well-maintained and clean. Breakfast offers three courses to choose from, including tea porridge. While portions might feel slightly small for adult men, they are sufficient for elderly guests and women. The children's meals were filling as well! Although the facility seems old, it is clean and maintained by friendly staff. We would love to stay here again when visiting Nara!

The room was spacious enough for a single room, and I was happy to find a large sofa. The shower had strong water pressure, making it very comfortable to use. Having a kettle and humidifier provided was also helpful. The amenities were standard, but I think women would appreciate having items like lotion or moisturizer available. There was some loud noise at night that caught my attention, but it wasn't disruptive enough to prevent sleep. I had dinner at the restaurant on the first floor of the building. The hospitality from the hostess and staff left a positive impression of this accommodation as an excellent choice. I would love to stay here again!

After enjoying sightseeing in Nara, I headed to the Hotel. It’s close to Nara Park (Sarusawa Pond), and as I walked along the road at night, I was surprised to find a Hotel in such a place. Both the exterior and interior were stylish and really lifted my spirits. The Room was very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I could also spend the night and morning while hearing the bells of Kofuku-ji Temple, which made me very happy in such an atmospheric setting. Thank you very much.
