The owner’s heartfelt, thoughtful talk was truly wonderful, and it was a great Accommodation where every staff member clearly embraced that passion in the way they cared for guests. By joining the soy sauce pressing on check-in day and the morning shrine visit the next day, I barely had time to relax in my cozy Kito Room. After staying one night, I felt that—if possible—two nights would be ideal: listen to the talk on day one, take a daytime walk along Yamanobe-no-Michi on day two, return to the Accommodation in the evening, enjoy the lounge, and then unwind in your Room. If I may ask for one thing, I’d love it if the tea-room lounge were also open the next morning and if checkout were a little later. That said, it is already more than wonderful as it is. I thoroughly enjoyed both the soy sauce and even the pressed soy pulp—it was all delicious. When I used the soy sauce at home, my cooking somehow leveled up by about three stages. Incredible umami! Thanks to you, I made such happy memories. Thank you very much.
