My husband and I stayed here for the first time in 10 years, and we were able to relax completely thanks to the same warm hospitality as before. Although there was a minor issue, it was resolved immediately, and we were deeply moved by the attentive care of each staff member. After check-out, when we mentioned our plan to visit Miyajima's Mount Misen, we received detailed information about the ferry and tips for navigating Miyajima. Thanks to this guidance, we safely reached the "Eternal Flame" on Mount Misen. Blessed with good weather and beautiful autumn leaves, it turned out to be a perfect trip to Aki. As for meals, everything was delicious. Especially the fugu (pufferfish), which I had been craving for some reason days before—it was truly delightful! However, by the time we got to the final dish of anago rice at dinner, I was too full and couldn't finish it—I felt so sorry about that. But on our way back from Mount Misen, thanks to a staff member who made a reservation at "Ueno," we thoroughly enjoyed their anago bento. The bath in our room wasn't Onsen water; however, my husband remarked again this time that it felt like Onsen water—just as he did during our previous stay—and he kept expressing his admiration. We also loved the free drinks in the lounge—especially how deliciously smooth their sake was! The Onsen itself had wonderful water quality too; Hiroshima must be blessed with great water resources. Our room offered a beautiful view of Miyajima through its window. Watching Seto Inland Sea’s calm waters alongside Miyajima’s mountain ridges glowing under stunning sunrise hues while overlooking meticulously maintained gardens made us sincerely hope that we'll have another chance someday soon to visit again.

I first visited Miyahama Onsen 30 years ago for a year-end party with colleagues. The Onsen and the scenery were so wonderful that I kept thinking, “I want to go again someday!” Ever since then, 30 years have passed—and my wish finally came true when I had the chance to visit Miyahama Onsen with my son and his wife. Without hesitation, we chose IBUKU. The Room, baths, hospitality, and meals were all outstanding. At checkout, the staff kindly shared recommendations for popular spots on Miyajima as well, making it a truly enjoyable and fulfilling trip. This Accommodation is filled with a gentle warmth in every corner. Thank you very much.

Everyone was always so pleasant, and our whole family had a wonderful time—thank you very much. I used the large public bath twice this time and tried the cosmetics provided, and by the next day my dry skin felt smooth again. Also, while walking along Miyajima’s shopping street, I found the grilled oysters with various sauces sold at the storefronts to be delicious, so I would be happy if they could be offered at dinner as well.

This was my first stay, and I was very satisfied. You can sample three types each of sake and wine. There is also coffee and a variety of teas. There is no TV, but you can enjoy a luxurious time while gazing at the sea from your Room. And the meals are delicious. You can really tell that each dish is carefully prepared. The Hotel staff’s service was also excellent. It’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again.

I really enjoyed the half-buffet meals, with a wide variety of dishes and an excellent selection of alcoholic drinks. The Room was also very clean, making my stay comfortable. The torii gate of Miyajima seen from the open-air bath in the evening was truly beautiful. Thank you very much.

Located in a very convenient area of Miyajima. The meals were excellent, with both dinner and breakfast being incredibly delicious. The staff were extremely kind and provided thoughtful advice not only for sightseeing but also for our stay in Hiroshima after check-out, which was truly impressive. The view from the open-air bath was stunning, but the Room's private bath was also excellent. Everything else lived up to its price. I would love to visit again!
