I had been interested in this Accommodation for some time, and this time we stayed to celebrate my son’s birthday. They took a family photo for us and showed thoughtful care in many ways. Thank you. I think this is an Accommodation where you can relax and enjoy delicious meals at a leisurely pace while having drinks. The timing of the meal service matched our eating pace perfectly. We also received warm, attentive service that made us feel very comfortable. I’m the type who likes to chat with the staff about the food and local area, and they kindly answered my questions, which made it a pleasure. We tried all of the baths. The views from the private open-air family baths on the 3rd and 5th floors were beautiful. Both the sunrise and sunset were wonderful. I would love to visit again when the autumn leaves are at their peak or when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom.

We arrived quite early, but the front desk staff kindly let us into our Room since it was ready. The spa was very comfortable with the perfect temperature, and with the great weather we also enjoyed a wonderful view, though it seems like it would still be enjoyable even in the rain. It can be used both before check-in and after check-out. Meals were buffet-style for both breakfast and dinner, with the menu changing completely between morning and evening. With a focus on local production for local consumption, there were many Odawara specialties, which made us feel like we were sightseeing in Odawara just through the food. We would love to visit again.

We first stayed here in January 2026, and this was our second visit. This time we returned in the season of fresh greenery, and along the several dozen meters from the accommodation building to the separate Onsen building, white mandarin blossoms were in full bloom. We were able to enjoy their sweet fragrance while soaking in the Onsen. It’s wonderful that each season brings new discoveries. The meals were consistently high quality, and we were satisfied with both the taste and portion size.

I was drawn in by the words, “A newly opened Onsen in Manazuru… Free Shuttle Service to Atami and Odawara!” so I went right away. It was an extraordinary space unlike anything I’ve ever experienced—surprise after surprise. Wrapped in a world far from everyday life, I truly enjoyed every moment. - The private garden and open-air bath were located separately from the guest room and could only be accessed with a key, which made it feel very exclusive. You can also enjoy meals there, and it felt like having a private space all to myself—pure luxury. The quality of the Onsen water was excellent as well; even after bathing, my body stayed warm for a long time. - The meals were plentiful and more lavish than anything I’ve seen before. Every dish tasted wonderful and looked beautiful—I was genuinely impressed. Even the tableware, chopsticks, glasses, and teacups were immaculate, showing careful attention to detail throughout. - What left the strongest impression was how polite the staff were and how well trained they clearly are. It was service that made me think from the bottom of my heart: I’m so glad I came here. *Lastly, they provided Shuttle Service to Odawara for me; our conversation in the car was so enjoyable that it became a perfect way to end the trip.
