This is my second stay. It’s perfectly located for sightseeing in Kakunodate, Lake Tazawa, and Dakigaeri Gorge in spring or autumn. Nishiki Shuko Lake is also nearby, and it’s a great area for an enjoyable drive. The Room was well cleaned, and I appreciated the curry served as a dinner alternative. The only downside is that there is no large public bath for women, but I’m not particularly into Onsen, so it didn’t bother me much. Above all, I love this Hotel’s breakfast—delicious rice and gentle side dishes that taste like something you’d get at a countryside grandmother’s home. There isn’t one standout feature in particular, but it’s a calming Hotel where you can truly relax.

One person (myself) was unable to attend at the last minute, but I heard you handled it very kindly. Thank you for the room upgrade and your thoughtful service. I would like to express my gratitude on their behalf. The Onsen was also very relaxing, they said. I will visit next time! P.S. I heard the elevator is old and shakes a lot. It seems a bit scary, so I kindly request improvements!

I stay here every month on business and always choose this Accommodation. The Room is spacious, and with complimentary water and newspapers plus a Nespresso machine, it’s very comfortable. The interior is a bit dated, but everything is kept impeccably clean, and the front desk staff are courteous and professional, so I can stay with peace of mind. I don’t notice noise from neighboring Rooms, it feels very relaxing, and although I’ve stayed at various Hotels near the station, the value for money here is unbeatable. It’s a little walk from the station, but once you actually stay here you’ll find it convenient since it’s along the main road, and I think it’s also great for a Multiple Night Stay as a base. Whenever someone asks me for recommendations on where to stay, this is always my top choice. I truly hope you keep up this same level of service going forward.

The Hotel has been renovated and had a pleasant atmosphere. The price was affordable, and above all, the food was delicious. Curry was free at night. The breakfast buffet had a homemade feel with a variety of menu options, which was very satisfying.

I am a repeat guest. This time, I stayed with my elderly mother and my sibling with disabilities. The location is very convenient as it is close to the station, bus stops, tram stops, and convenience stores. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, which even satisfied my picky-eating sibling. It was very helpful. I also appreciated the assistance in helping my mother with mobility issues get her food. We were fortunate to stay in a high-floor Room and enjoyed the beautiful night view of Nagasaki. Thanks to you, we had a wonderful family trip. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity!

I chose this place because it has a large public bath, is close to the station, and includes breakfast. When I arrived at Odate Station, it was already dark and there was still quite a lot of snow on the ground, so choosing a location near the station was the right decision. The late-night soba was also just the right amount for a light meal, with half a bowl of ramen and half a serving of rice. The staff were friendly, and the Room had a stylish feel—I was very satisfied.

I stayed here during my trip, and the staff at the reception and dining area left a great impression. They kindly answered all my questions, and I was pleasantly surprised by their excellent service.

I stayed here recently to see the projection mapping at Matsumoto Castle. The location is very convenient as it is close to Matsumoto Castle, and the Hotel was clean. My Room was on the 1st floor, so I didn’t need to use the elevator, and since the bath was also on the 1st floor, it was very convenient. About 10 cm of snow fell in one day, and I could see a snow-covered Matsumoto Castle the next morning, which became a wonderful memory. The Hotel staff were kind and made my stay pleasant. This was our second stay here, but it was our first time trying the free curry. It was perfectly delicious—neither too home-style nor too much like a restaurant. My husband kept saying, “So good!” and had three bowls (lol). The location is excellent and the price is reasonable, so we’d love to stay again when traveling to Miyagi Prefecture. I stayed here during a business trip, and this was my second visit. The desk and chair, table, and sofa were perfectly arranged for productivity, allowing me to work efficiently and rest on the sofa when needed. I loved the seamless layout. Additionally, the view from the room was stunning and truly relaxing. I would definitely choose to stay here again for future business trips.

This was my second stay in a Japanese-style Room. The walls between rooms seemed thin, but it was very quiet and comfortable, perhaps because there were no guests in the neighboring Room. I would like to stay here again.

Conveniently located along the national highway and easy to find, and the Room was spacious enough. I was too full and regret that I couldn’t eat the curry. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to use again if I have the chance.

We stayed on the Plan with breakfast and dinner, and had a wonderful time. The meals were absolutely delicious, and we were very satisfied. We would like to make a Reservation again next year.

The Hotel was very clean and there was nothing to complain about, but the refrigerator was next to the pillow, and the motor noise came through directly... That was the only drawback.

I stayed at Select Inn for one night. I chose it after reading the Reviews, and it was exactly as described. My Reservation was for 4:00 PM, and I arrived in front of the Hotel at 2:40 PM planning to wait in the lobby. Even though it was before 3:00 PM, the front desk staff were very kind and let me into my Room. I used a smoking Room, but unlike other Business Hotels, there was hardly any cigarette smell when I entered. The Room was warm, and although you need to boil water yourself, a tea set was provided. In addition to regular slippers, there were also take-home slippers in a bag. Tissues and deodorizing spray were placed by the bed. In the bathroom, everything such as shampoo was provided except facial cleanser. With a convenience store right downstairs near the station, I was able to stay for less than elsewhere, and I would like to stay at Select Inn again next time. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The building, Room, and Facility, including the water facilities, were very clean as it has only been a few years since opening. We enjoyed the curry (hashed beef rice) service during dinner; it was very delicious. The amenities and items available for rental at the front desk (such as shoe dryers) were excellent. Conveniently located near Gotemba Interchange, and the staff at both the front desk and restaurant were all kind. We would love to stay here again!

About a 20-minute walk from Utsunomiya Station. There are no convenience stores nearby, so it’s best to buy what you need in advance. The complimentary late-night curry service (until 8:30 PM) was very helpful. The Hotel vending machines are very reasonably priced. There is a clean public bath that can fit about five people, but it is for men only. The Room TV even supports YouTube and smartphone mirroring. I was traveling alone, but the twin Room was spacious. Breakfast isn’t luxurious, but it offers a well-balanced selection—from Japanese side dishes to bread, coffee, and juice. A Hotel with excellent value for money.

Non-smoking Room, breakfast-included Plan Stayed in a double-bed Room with a loft bed. One person used the loft bed, and we slept very well. Thanks to the loft-bed design, there are hooks for hangers (4 hangers provided), clothing deodorizer, and a bag hook, so it was great not having to put luggage on the floor. The Room was clean and well maintained. At check-in, check-out, and during meals, female staff assisted us, which made us feel at ease throughout our stay. I noticed a slight smell of cigarettes, but air purifiers were running in the hallway as well, which showed thoughtful consideration. Women cannot use the large public bath, but we received one packet of bath additive as a gift at check-in—such a kind gesture that helped relieve travel fatigue. Thank you very much! As mentioned in other Reviews, the washbasin is installed in the corner by the window side of the Room, creating a three-sided mirror setup. It was great to be able to place all my skincare and makeup items there and get ready in natural light. The toilet is separate from the unit bath area as well, which made it easy to use. If I had to say one thing, I would have loved a bidet toilet seat—but everything was very clean. The amenities were Shiseido products, and even with just the provided shampoo and conditioner my hair became unbelievably smooth! I’ve never had such good results from Business Hotel amenities—so much so that I wanted to buy them. I regret not asking the staff for the product name. The food was excellent—the complimentary curry was especially delicious; you should definitely try it! Breakfast was a Japanese/Western buffet style. You can toast bread in a toaster as well. The tofu hamburger steak was tasty too. Around the Hotel there are Starbucks, Saizeriya, Komeda’s Coffee, and CAINZ Home—all within about 2–3 minutes on foot—so you can conveniently pick up daily necessities or drinks for your trip at reasonable prices. The parking lot is also spacious. The Accommodation Fee was also an amazing value: two women stayed with breakfast included for under 8,000 yen total. I would like to stay again.

The Room was fine for a single stay, but perhaps all Rooms are semi-double, as there were amenities for two. The chic interior felt calm and relaxing. The Room was spacious and more than enough for one person. There was no refrigerator in the Room; instead, there was a device on the wall to chill drinks. I didn’t use it, so I can’t comment on how well it works. I couldn’t hear noise from the neighboring Room or footsteps in the hallway, so it was quiet and I could relax while staying in the Room. It seems there is also a large public bath, but I didn’t use it this time. The breakfast service was good as well. I felt it was a shame that group guests’ (inbound?) luggage was piled up in front of the front desk, as this is otherwise such an atmospheric Hotel. Also, there are far too few parking spaces. Even with nearby affiliated parking available, I felt partnering with more lots would be helpful.

I knew the property had undergone renovations before, and it felt like the unit bath was new and the bed was wider and cleaner. The price has gone up a little compared to before, but I think it’s worth it. If I had to mention minor points, it takes some time for the hot water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the water pressure feels slightly weak.
