My parents and our family of five stayed here together. First of all, the Room was very spacious, with plenty of space to relax, so everyone could spend time comfortably in their own way. There were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two toilets. There were also five TVs, including one in the bathroom. Because there was no partition between the main bedroom and the vanity area with a toilet, bathroom, and washing machine, light and noise from bathing or doing laundry at night go directly into the bedroom—so it may be best to be mindful of the time. We stayed in early April on a cloudy day, and my daughter said the pool felt a bit cold; once she got into the jacuzzi, she couldn’t go back to the pool. As for small details: I found the coffee instructions confusing. Since it said “Coral Coffee,” I assumed it was coffee and poured hot water into it—but my teacup turned bright red, which surprised me. The taste and aroma weren’t like coffee either; after checking more carefully, it seemed that hibiscus tea was placed in front and coffee behind it. Also, we were able to use the microwave function via the oven settings. The furniture, fittings, and Facility were wonderful. We enjoyed walking around inside and looking out at the ocean—it was a very comfortable stay. We also appreciated being able to use both the kitchen and washing machine. Overall, both the building itself and on-site maintenance were excellent, allowing us to relax in comfort. The sunset view from our Room was especially beautiful. This time we stayed for one night before our flight home, but if we have another chance we would love to come back for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Everything felt gentle and welcoming, like coming home. The food and the warm hospitality made it feel as if we were being told, “Relax and take your time” (not literally), and it was an Accommodation where we could truly unwind. Also, at night, when we turned off the lights and looked outside, we could see an incredible number of stars. Because it was so dark with hardly any light—especially in contrast to the lake—the starlight looked even brighter, creating a wonderful view. The sake we had with dinner was also a rare local variety from Gunma. There were plenty of spring flavors as well, and we left completely full. I think this is an Accommodation where you can enjoy each season through both the meals and the scenery. Next time, I’ll visit again in a different season.

I stayed here with my wife on a trip to Kagoshima. Because it was raining and our flight was delayed, we couldn’t really enjoy the view, but we thoroughly enjoyed the Onsen with excellent water quality. The water is strongly alkaline and leaves your skin silky-smooth—personally, I loved it. The staff were all pleasant, and the meals were delicious without being overly large. Overall, we were satisfied with the Room that has a bath, except that the bathroom is fully visible from the bed. A curtain or similar covering on the bathroom door would help even middle-aged couples feel more comfortable. A great Onsen in a convenient location near Sakurajima and Ogawa Falls. This was my second stay. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with tea and sweets, along with a delightful chat with the proprietress. And the view of the Pacific Ocean from the spacious Room... so soothing. The meals were also outstanding, and I enjoyed every dish—both my heart and stomach were completely satisfied. I had a wonderful time thanks to the same warm hospitality as always. The building had a solid, luxurious feel—truly an upscale villa. When I entered the Room, everything was coordinated with calm-toned furniture, and I was able to relax completely. I was told that every Room comes with a private pool and jacuzzi, and they were even better than I imagined. It felt less like staying at a villa Hotel in Japan and more like being at an overseas villa Hotel. Of all the Hotels I’ve stayed at, this was the one where I felt the most privacy. What’s more, the refrigerator in the Room was stocked with plenty of drinks—water, juice, tea, Orion beer—and everything was free of charge. Even after drinking them on the first day, complimentary drinks were replenished again the next day. During my stay, not only were the Facility offerings wonderful, but I was also comforted by the staff’s attentive, kind, and gentle service. We added both breakfast and dinner for three days, and I was surprised that every meal came with a different menu. It never got repetitive—I could enjoy delicious food every day. Best of all, when you Reserve a Room you receive a complimentary rental car. When I visited Miyakojima before, making a rental car Reservation was difficult. During peak season it can cost as much as your Hotel stay, and just searching for an affordable option is hard work. Being able to use a rental car without that hassle was truly great. Before staying here I thought it might be a bit expensive; however considering the quality of the meals plus the complimentary rental car and all those free drinks in the refrigerator, it actually felt like excellent value.

Our stay at Ginrinsou was truly enjoyable and deeply relaxing. The setting, rooms, meals, Onsen, and service were all excellent, leaving us with wonderful memories—we would choose it again.

Our family of four stayed one night in the Miyabi Wing. We could feel the attention to detail throughout the building, starting with the ceiling, and everything we needed was provided, so we were able to relax comfortably. It was our first time staying at an Accommodation that had not only a hair dryer but also a hair iron. There were two standard EV chargers in the parking lot, and we were able to charge for 1,000 yen per session. While enjoying the wonderful views of Lake Ashi and the surrounding mountains, we used the open-air bath in our Room many times. The large public bath was also very clean and had a sauna; my daughter said it felt great. The French cuisine was excellent—from dessert all the way to the canelé we received as an in-room meal. We visited to celebrate our younger child’s school entrance, and it became a truly memorable trip for our family. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again. The location with views of Aso was excellent, and the Accommodation’s serene atmosphere and cleanliness were outstanding. Naturally, both the cuisine and the Onsen were superb, and I was impressed by the staff’s attentive hospitality—from parking guidance to the tour of the Accommodation and meal service. The washroom mirror was set too low for men, so it would have been better if it were a bit higher.

We stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday trip. The beautiful views, delicious food, in-room open-air bath, and above all the attentive service were truly wonderful.
