GARDENS STAY

We stayed in both a Double Room and a Twin Room. All the rooms were clean with well-maintained interiors. The bathroom and toilet facilities are old but very clean, and the hot water worked perfectly. The slippers were sturdy, not thin, and the indoor wear was comfortable to use. In addition to the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, there was also hand soap and face soap available. The sauna was also very comfortable. Above all, its proximity to the station is convenient, especially during snowy weather. With an AEON mall right in front of the property, you can shop from 8 AM to 10 PM for a variety of items. The male staff at reception was extremely polite and helpful; his assistance made our stay much easier. There is a secure luggage storage space with locks near reception for peace of mind. I would definitely choose this place again when visiting Sapporo!

I stayed here during a business trip. The location is very convenient, being close to the station and right next to an AEON shopping center. Although I arrived before the check-in time and had to wait a little, the staff at reception promptly assisted me. Usually, there is no one at the front desk, so you handle things on your own unless assistance is needed until check-out. Women can use the sauna if they request it in advance, but I did not use this service. As expected in Hokkaido, the air conditioning provided excellent heating and kept me warm despite the snowy weather outside.
