Ibusuki Kokoro no Yado

I chose this accommodation based on the reviews. Both dinner and breakfast exceeded expectations, providing a high level of satisfaction. There were multilingual staff members, and while communication was slightly challenging at times, their warm smiles and pleasant service made up for it. After checking out, I had some time before departure, but I was able to shop at the souvenir corner of Kokoro no Yu and wait in the rest area, which was very helpful. The guest room had renovated walls and floors; however, the bathroom showed its age. I hope more repeat visitors come back so that facilities can be further improved. This is an accommodation I would like to revisit!

The bath had excellent water quality, and the massage bath was particularly enjoyable. I also experienced a germanium hot bath for the first time. The stone sauna was comfortable, though I regret not having enough time to fully enjoy it. However, I found it inconvenient that the hairdryer required an additional fee and that the amenities in the powder room were minimal. The treatments in the large public bath were fixed on shelves near the entrance, which was a bit confusing. The ReFa showerhead was very comfortable. The Room we stayed in was a Japanese-Western style for three people, which felt spacious and pleasant. However, it was disappointing to hear loud voices from what seemed like nearby rooms late into the night, making it noisy at times. The meals were delicious and reflected great care in preparation. The foreign technical intern staff provided excellent service and left a positive impression as well. Having only one key for our Room was inconvenient. If given another opportunity, I would like to visit again with more time to relax fully!
