Hakuba Hotel Pipe no Kemuri

On the first day, I unfortunately broke a bone on the slopes. While heading to the Hotel from the hospital by taxi, the taxi stopped on a hill (despite being in a snowy region, it was not a four-wheel drive for some reason). In such circumstances, someone from the Hotel kindly came to pick me up right away. Since I had difficulty moving due to my injury, getting in and out of the car was challenging, but they provided thoughtful support at every step. I also received great care from a front desk staff member who is qualified as a nurse. Additionally, I was allowed to enjoy the buffet meal specially served in my Room. During tough times like this, kindness truly touches your heart deeply. I would love to stay here again someday. Thank you so much for everything during that time!

Even though it was a buffet, there was a wide variety of dishes, and even on different days there were very few repeats, which was great.
