HOTEL AZ Fukuoka Itoshima Branch

I stayed for three nights while attending a family memorial service at my husband’s parents’ home and going to a baseball game. My husband and our dog stayed with his family, and I stayed at this Hotel with our two children.In these times of rising prices, I think it’s truly impressive to have the same rate all 365 days, including breakfast!When making the Reservation, I couldn’t book single beds for three nights, so I booked three bunk-bed Rooms and used one Room per person. Even though it was during spring break, I’m sorry for staying that way. All the front desk staff were very kind and helpful.Since we stayed three nights, we also used the coin laundry. With laundry for three people, we had a lot, so we used two washers and two dryers. It would be great if there were larger-capacity machines or an all-in-one washer-dryer (haha).One of my kids said the bedding felt firm, but for this Accommodation price, I didn’t mind at all (haha). For breakfast, are some items on an every-other-day rotation? Everything was delicious, and juice and coffee were unlimited.There’s a 24-hour supermarket next door, plus McDonald’s nearby and another 24-hour AEON-affiliated supermarket—super convenient. I bought some cup noodles, snacks, and seasonings as souvenirs that you don’t usually see in the Kanto area.About 2–3 minutes by car (or around a 10-minute walk) away is a bakery called Domu no Mori. Their cute animal-shaped breads and beef tendon curry bread are highly recommended! We even stopped by again on our departure day (haha) and bought animal breads and beef tendon curry bread as souvenirs for home as well as both sets of parents.I’ll definitely stay here again when visiting Fukuoka.

I’m a repeat guest. Whenever I drive to Fukuoka, this Accommodation is my only choice. The parking is free and spacious, and it’s right in front of the station. Arriving early, leaving the car here, and taking the train into central Fukuoka has become my go-to routine.Even though it’s affordable, breakfast buffet is included—and it’s delicious! My daughter, who usually eats very little, piled plenty of mentaiko on her rice and even went back for seconds.The Room and bath feel a bit small, but they have almost everything you need and are comfortable.The front desk staff also greeted us with warm smiles.I’ll definitely stay here again next time.
