This was my first time staying at this hotel. I initially booked a single room, but at check-in, they kindly prepared a twin room for me. Upon entering the room, I noticed some issues like noticeable carpet stains, wrinkled brown fabric on the bed, and a slightly worn-out sofa. However, these minor flaws quickly faded from my mind because the stay was incredibly comfortable! I was thrilled to find a washing machine in the room, and having separate bath and toilet areas was very convenient. The sofa was perfect for relaxing as well. The air conditioning could be adjusted to my preference (a very important feature), and what made me happiest of all was the large window that allowed me to see outside and even open it. I love being able to enjoy the view and sounds from outside while spending time in my room.The cleaning quality seemed decent enough too. When staying in Sapporo, I usually prefer hotels around Odori or Susukino for convenience; however, since this hotel's location suited my purpose this time—and it happened to be available at an affordable price—I decided to book here. I'm so glad I did! Although I had seen high ratings in other reviews beforehand, based on photos alone, I wasn't sure if it would match what I'd imagined... but it turned out to be such a pleasant experience that if only time and budget allowed, I'd have loved to extend my stay (haha). For anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with plenty of downtime—this hotel is absolutely ideal! If given another opportunity in the future where circumstances align perfectly again—I’d definitely look forward to staying here once more!

Stayed here on the last night of a 3-night, 4-day trip in a connecting room with an in-room washing machine, shared with my friend's couple. Being able to do laundry reduced post-trip chores significantly. While meals were not included, we enjoyed dining out, and although there was no Onsen, the private bathroom was separate from the toilet, very clean, and allowed us to fill the bathtub for a relaxing soak. The staff provided polite greetings and attentive service, making our stay very pleasant. I’m considering using this Hotel as a base for future golf trips around the area!
